Very pleased with the care my mother-in-law has received, she is very content here. Cleanliness is of a high standard, the staff are competent and friendly and I would recommend this care home to anyone for their loved ones.

Very happy with the care afforded to my grandmother.
The staff goes above and beyond with activities for the residents to do daily and tries to include family members as much as possible with fun activities for residents and kids to enjoy together.

Friendly and conscious staff make the home. Very clean, and high maintenance inside and outside. Staff work through and routine. Pleasantly surprised at how good my mother's stay has been.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, and plenty of parking spaces. The staff seems to be quite caring and doing a good job of keeping the residents happy, a top-class professional job would recommend to anyone.

I find Rockfield a very caring place, the very day that my mother went into their care I felt it was a safe and caring environment. The staff are lovely and pleasant with the residents. There are great activities to keep the residents stimulated. There is a very high standard of cleanliness.

I love going to the Rockfield care home to visit my nanny. The staff are always lovely. They treat my nanny so well and she loves them. They are so accommodating to my family and I on our visits. Since my nanny went in she's been so well looked after, always clean, fed, and well dressed. Her room is
always spotless and the living space is always clean and well looked after. They throw events and different parties for the residents, always trying to find ways to lift their spirits which makes me happy when I see the social media page.

Very good care and communication from management. The staff are all friendly and helpful. All areas appear clean and tidy. I receive calls advising of changes to medication and to advise on my mother's health.

My mother has been a resident from February 2024 and she has come on very well in her health and well-being. This is down to the care she is receiving. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The activities that are run and inclusive to all residents are amazing. When I called up yesterday, there
was a room dedicated for spa treatments with the music, robes, eye masks, etc. Where else would you get it? The thought that goes into not only caring for the residents but entertaining each and every one of them is simply outstanding. Well done to all involved!

After experiencing poor care in previous care placements the staff and management here have been excellent.
The food and care are exceptional and there is a warm, friendly environment, with lots of activities and peace of mind for the entire family that all of the needs and wants of the patient are
being taken care of.

Rockfield is very well run with fabulous, friendly and capable staff. Always smiling and kind. My mother enjoys the activities and the hair/spa days. We feel safe and not worried when we leave my mother in for respite as we know she will be well cared for. We really appreciate all the staff do. Thank

An amazing home, the staff are incredible and caring and so passionate about their job. Every one of the staff is an angel. My experience of Rockfield has been excellent, my sister is being well cared for, and her health needs have been catered for, and she is treated with respect and compassion. Communication from Rockfield to the family has also been excellent.

My mum has been staying at Rockfield Care Home. My sisters and myself have been visiting every day. We are so happy with the care my mum is receiving. The staff are fantastic and every requirement my mum needs is being taken care of. Very good, extremely satisfied.

Friendly and welcoming from the first day. Genuinely interested in my mother and family. She has settled quickly and is enjoying it here. Staff are caring and responsive, there is a very nice atmosphere and Mam reports the food is very good. Thanks to everyone here, an excellent caring home.

A very big thank you to all the staff at Rockfield. My mam is a resident for the last 2 years. From caring, cleaning, hairdressing, cooking, entertaining, liturgical and medical needs my mam is so well looked after. As her daughter, it is very reassuring to see that she is very happy in Rockfield. There
is a great atmosphere in Rockfield and the staff are always welcoming and I am always kept informed of any issues regarding Mam. From social media posts, I can see the activities that are happening in the care home and it is lovely to see all the activities the staff and residents get involved with. It is great to see the kids from the local schools going into Rockfield and connecting with the residents. The Christmas play was brilliant.

My mum came into Rockfield Nursing Home on Friday 22nd December. She was a bit unsettled the first day which is understandable with new people and a different environment. Over the next few days, she settled, seemed much calmer and happier and this was such a relief for all the family. The staff are
absolutely wonderful, they show mummy the utmost greatest respect, they are so caring and mummy is treated with tremendous dignity, they are warm-hearted. She has started to interact with the other residents and as she's quiet, this is great. We can only thank everyone so much for all the care they show our mum.

All staff are considerate and caring with my mother. Some go beyond helpful and make her so content. They are always there when she needs them. She enjoys activities and is very happy with the meals provided. When she has been unwell the nurses have been caring and have contacted medical support quickly.
