My mum is very well cared for and kept tidy and always clean. Any medical issues are immediately brought to my attention and dealt with. The carers and activity staff are extremely kind and activities are good fun.

The staff are very caring and supportive to me also.

Management & staff are friendly and very caring. Everyone is very polite & will always say hello with a smile. The cleanliness of the care home is excellent. All the staff from management to kitchen & cleaners are very competent at their jobs. My wife & I are extremely happy & grateful to have found such a great care home.

Absolutely fantastic care given during respite. We had a lovely break, and we were not contacted, this is the first time we had a fantastic respite experience.

My mother is living at the care home,I get pictures from my brother as I am in England.The home is clean and tidy and staff excellent.I got to speak with her,not a problem.Lots of events going on for the residents.I myself am retired,worked 34 years in the care sector.So I recognise good care.Well done to s staff.

Mum move here 6 months ago took a while to settle . But because of the kindness of the staff and how the home was professionally run she now feels part of a family. I can actually say after singing in a few homes it's the cleanest home I've ever set foot in . I would recommend this home , which I did to a friend and now his mum has moved it . Which he thanked me said he was very pleased , with her care .

My Granny has been well looked after ever since she moved into Bramblewood Care Home. Her level of care has been top class. The staff are very friendly and you can tell the care home is very well run. I would recommend this care home to anybody in the local area.

Bramblewood is a well laid out home, with great facilities and excellent standards of care. The staff are second to none. From the wonderful food produced by the chef, the domestics, carers, the nursing staff & activities team they all go above and beyond for their residents. I wish dad had been there for longer. Thank you for the kindness to me when dad passed and giving him the dignified passing he deserved.

Excellent service, very caring considerate staff. Good communication with staff, they keep me well informed of all developments. Good facilities, my parents are well cared for and I feel reassured knowing they are comfortable and well cared for.

My husband was transferred to Bryansburn Care Home in March 2026. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. After a few days he developed some sort of delirium which he never fully recovered.

My sister in law, who has dementia has been a resident at Bramblewood Care Home Since February 2025. She has settled in extremely well and is very content in the home. I am extremely pleased with all the care she has received. All of the staff and management are very caring and supportive and treat the residents with respect and dignity. The staff understand her condition and make every effort to involve her in all the activities that take place. The home is clean, bright and well maintained and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. From my experience I would highly recommend Bramblewood Care Home.

I would like to thank all the staff at Bramblewood Nursing Home for their kindness and support they gave to our mum. Going into a nursing home was such a difficult thing for my mum and the family, but I know we could not have had better care for her. Mum was always clean and tidy, the food was always good and plenty of cups of tea and biscuits etc. I think the staff do an amazing job, we saw first hand how much organisation it takes, and assistance the residents need, and they always perform their duties with patience and kindness. The staff were always very welcoming to us, and even our little dogs when we brought them to visit.

This was our first experience of a nursing home, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When my uncle became unwell the staff got the acute team to tend him and when he needed stronger pain relief they got that sorted for him They kept us informed at every level of care. I would highly recommend this care facility.
