I enjoy the newsletter from the home which keeps me up to date with all that is going on. My Mum enjoys her cups of tea and the cakes especially. Birthday cakes are made by the chef whenever it's someone's birthday which is a nice thought.

Both staff and management have been very supportive to me and family members when visiting. The home is always very clean, no unpleasant smells, residents are encouraged to be as active as suitable, going out into the garden in good weather. A variety of good food is provided with choices. I have complete confidence that my husband is receiving the best care in Astley House.
