Care staff always visible. Manager also visible and available if there are any issues. Rooms cleaned well on a daily basis.
Laundry issues with mix ups of residents clothing but can be rectified once staff notified. Activity days well planned out and organised, with staff always going the extra mile
to make sure all residents and family members are included. Food choices good, portion sizes good and always look appetising.

Mum has been in Beechwood Lodge for almost 4 years. Staff turnover fluctuates but there are a lot of experienced "old faithfuls".
Mum us a handful but I am confident that she is treated with kindness and patience.
I have a good relationship with the home manager and staff are always friendly and helpful.

My mother Jean, has been with the home since 2021, the staff have always been very helpful to both myself and my mother. She is 98 with dementia and isnt the easiest person to help, but the staff seem to look after my mother very well. Given her many needs.

My parents are new to the home but have settled in nicely and enjoy the meals and love there room the staff are wonderful with them and this has made settling in easier as dad has dementia and mum has bad legs so couldn't manage any longer at home. The only thing that mums mentioned is there could be
more activities and outings. All in all we as a family are very satisfied.

Very welcoming environment, the staff members are very friendly and accomadating.
It's lovely to see how much effort goes into arranging special events for the residents.
It could be improved by providing more daily activities! :)

I contacted Berrycroft Manor when I was no longer able to look after my husband who had dementia. The Management invited me to look around and when I decided to place my husband they made it as easy as possible to settle my husband. All the staff were kind, understanding and pleasant with their care
of my husband.
I wish to thank them all for being a support for me under such difficult circumstances.

Our family is very satisfied with Walshaw Hall as my mother is happy to be there.

Wow, well where do I start, on first entering the carehome the reception I received from the manager was nothing but amazing, you could tell how genuinely happy she was to manage the home and how much love, respect and loyalty she had for her residents with just the way she talked about my auntie and
the friends she had there, the home itself always smells extremely clean and the staff are always so lovely and seem to happy to be there which is so refreshing even after finding out the long hours they work, there a credit to the home.
When I visited it was dinner time and the meal prep and food choices we're extremely good, I asked my auntie if she enjoyed her meals and she said when she's not liked what is on choice they've gone out there way to make her something else that she'd prefer.
I want to thank the manager for running such an amazing home, she clearly has alot of care and hires only the best who again are a credit to the company.
Thankyou very much.

I continue to be impressed with the care and support the staff bring to the residents. It is such a homely and happy place. My mum has been there for six years now and I am still of the opinion it is one of the best care homes in the area. Its success lies with the amazing staff who are dedicated and
professional and manage the care and support of their residents with respect and compassion.

My wife who has vascular dementia was accepted at Berrycroft Manor in March 2024. I have nothing but praise for this care home, all the staff are very friendly and caring. From the cleaners, laundry staff, maintenance, management, receptionist have a lovely caring approach to all the residents, know
everyone and are first name terms. Even when times are tough nothing is too much trouble. We as a family have nothing but praise for Berrycroft Manor. I know they go above and beyond for the residents.
