Very caring staff and management. Very good food. I felt my mother was very safe and she always said that she was happy there.

After 62 years together it was and is very painful to be parted. I was concerned to entrust my wife to someone else. My wife has taken time to settle, living without me and me her. The staff so kind and caring, even sent me a video the next day to reassure me. The staff recognise me using my first name and consistently check on my welfare. I miss her but I know she is safe and well looked after, which is my priority.

Mum went to Hatfield Lodge after falling and breaking her hip at home. Mum has dementia and the hospital said she was no longer able to look after herself at home so they found Hatfield Lodge for us ascit was nearer my brother and he could visit her more often. Hatfield is a lovely home mum has settled in well. Every time we visit the staff make us feel at home too and we also get private time mum. I like that they have lots of activities which was something mum was missing out on at home. The staff are lovely and always involve us in any decisions that are needed.

My dad was placed into respite after being in hospital for nearly 2 weeks, we was a bit reluctant at first on how he was going to get on, but the staff at hatfield are totally amazing and really made my dad very comfortable, the care they give is just amazing, every single member of staff just go far and beyond to help my dad..he calls me and texts me how lovely they all are and are so caring...the food is looks so delicious and healthy when we turn up and always get a cuppa tea of coffee with biscuits..thank you all xxx

This home is in a large older style house. It is light, warm and well maintained. My relative has a lovely light room with an ensuite toilet & washroom but no shower. There are large lounges for residents and staff are attentive and responsive. My relative is poorly and in her room a lot but is well supported day and night. Her medication is professionally handled. Most importantly we find all the staff including the manager warm, welcoming and very responsive. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Staff are wonderful and always happy and pleasant when they greet you at the door. I always feel welcome no matter what the time of day. I find Tudor lodge a very happy place, staff are always on hand to speak to and find they take a real interest in each and every person that resides there. I will say without hesitation, if I need to go into residential care myself, I would choose Tudor Lodge

The staff are very caring + attentive, also friendly. The manager is always on site and interacts with the patients which you don't often see in other care homes.

My husband has been in this home 2+ years. The care he has received excellent care. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and respectful. I feel very lucky to have found this home for him.

My friend is always very well cared for. Carer are very nice and friendly.

Overall, the home's atmosphere has been very welcoming, and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The manager and deputy manager were always courteous and helpful, allways had time to stop and chat and ensure the best care was given, even more so in my friend's last days. Keep up the good work Whitfield care home and will always recommend your home. Thank you so very much.

We were over the moon when mum moved into Whitfield Rest Home, as our dad had received such good care there before he died. Everything lived up to our expectations. The management team are friendly and extremely helpful, and the care staff are lovely, kind and thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and there is always a smiling face when the door is opened to friends and relatives.

My mother was happy to go into Whitfield Rest home, as my dad was there before mum, so we knew it was a lovely home for mum to go to. Everything lived up to our expectations. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much, Mum was very happy being there. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much. Would recommend this home to all my family and friends

My mother was in Whitfield for nearly three moths. Her care was excellent and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful at all times. Great efforts are made to make the day go quickly, entertainments are put on and the staff are very pro-active.

The care, concern and friendship my mum is offered at Hatfield is very good. It is a comfort to us knowing that she is safe and understood.

The staff make the home a home for mum. It is lovely to see the friendship and trust towards her.

Since mum has been in the care of Hatfield lodge I am pleased with her care and it's nice to be able to know she is safe and being cared for ..the staff are always friendly when I visit and answer questions when asked ..I have had contact with the manager and I find her a very caring person with a lot of thought for the home and the people staying there ..The manager has also helped me with some of the information I have needed

My dad went into Whitfield Care Home straight from hospital. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and compassion that my dad received at Whitfield Home. I would recommend this care home to everyone.

Cannot thank or praise the team at Tudor Lodge EMI/Residential Home enough. They really supported us as a family and my father with his stay at Tudor Lodge. They took all the stress out of caring for our father and the level of care and compassion they have is incredible, thank you so much.

The accommodation is clean and well maintained and managed. Staff treat my father with respect and dignity and must have a great deal of patience and are so dedicated. Thank you!
