The care my mother is very good. My mother likes joining in all of the activities and is cared for.

We have been very pleased with all aspects of Dad's care whilst at Sutton Court, the home is clean and welcoming and Dad has settled well. The big positive is the staff, most of whom have been the same for the last year, (unlike some places where there is a constant stream of agency staff). We really value the consistency and care they provide. The staff are a happy bunch, patient and caring with Dad; they always know where Dad is, how he has been and are great at communicating with family. We particularly appreciate the kindness and care that has been shown to Mum too when she visits. The food and activities are great, really there is nothing we would change.

Chairs in lounge not really suitable or comfortable for residents. Sometimes difficult contacting on the phone at weekends. Staff do a brilliant job even when short-staffed. Do not think they are appreciated by management as much as they should be. Parking is hard sometimes outside The Lodge.

Mum has been a resident in Sutton Lodge for a year. During that time I have observed her being well cared for and entertained. The staff respond to any enquiries and are accessible and communicate well. I have no worries regarding her physical and emotional wellbeing.

Very friendly and professional care home. My wife was looked after very well during her time there.

My mum, as been a resident at Sutton lodge for 5 years, im really happy with the care she receives, she's happy and content. The staff are really lovely and caring and always attentive to any individual needs. I'm always kept up to date with any information or concerns. The activities my mum engages in are amazing, and so lovely to see. Always lots of activities on a weekly basis for residents to be involved in. Always feel welcomed, when i visit myself and my dog xx

All staff are friendly and helpful - lovely entertainment supplied and encourage residents to join in which is good especially for my mom Elaine as she is normally very reserved.

My wife was extremely happy with all aspecs of the care given. The room was clean and the meals were excellent. The carers were all very professional and we have no complaints with anything.

Despite my age, I have been made to feel really welcome by both staff and residents alike. It's been surreal but it's been made special by the people around me and supporting me through the week.

The stay at Sutton Court proved to be very positive. I cannot speak too highly about all experiences whilst in Sutton Court the staff were thoughtful, considerate and most attentive. Visitors were welcomed. The day to day organisation was outstanding the level of commitment from all staff was excellent. Involvement through chat and activities was very good and I would have no reservation in recommending this home.

Best care home I have been in, can't fault it all. Staff are friendly and very good with clients, food looks and smells yummy. Always there if you need them very helpful.

Excellent service, really friendly. Very clean. Joined in activities.

We are more than happy with the care Graham receives. He is treated with such care and respect. Both Graham and June enjoy the wide variety of activities that are planned on a daily basis.

Had a lovely short stay, all the staff worked very hard to look after me. The kitchen staff went the extra mile providing me with a gluten-free diet that I require. The home is lovely and clean, the entertainment is excellent.

I am happy with Geoff's care and the activities that are provided.

After the initial settling in period Mum now feels comfortable with the staff & other residents. She is encouraged to take part in activities and the coordinator is particularly enthusiastic & friendly with the residents.

Jean enjoys taking part in lots of activities with Steve. Jean is friendly with other residents The carers are wonderful with Jean. Well looked after.
