right from day one that Mum's being very well taken care of and continues to do so. All of the team do an amazing job in looking after the residents' both physical and mental needs and they do it with a smile and with respect. It's like a big family who welcome the residents and their families and who encourage communication. The entertainment and activities that are always being organised are wonderful and it's so nice to have the opportunity to take part in them along with Mum. We all miss Mum and struggle with the illness she has, but we're reassured knowing she's being well looked after and is happy and secure in a lovely place in beautiful surroundings. Thank to all the team.

The care staff treat residents as they would their own family, two of them in particular, had a special bond with my dad. They were so kind and patient. My dad's appearance was always clean and tidy, his clothes washed, ironed & labelled. I was always updated with his progress. Thank you to the care staff for their patience and for encouraging my dad to engage in activities, for bringing happiness to his life, providing genuine love and care and for showing so much respect and dignity, especially during his end-of-life care. I was very impressed by the level of care and highly recommend this home. I am forever grateful for their care, kindness and the support given to myself, especially during my dad's final days. a pantomime and a Christmas party. I am so pleased that the staff involved Mother in their social activities. When she came home she looked bright and happy and had regained some of her 'sparkle'.
I shall certainly be looking to Adeline House for respite care for Mother in the future knowing she will be safe and happy-making friends.

she wasn't the easiest of people at times, but the staff were nothing but kind and patient with her.
She had reservations initially, being only 40, but she need not have worried, for one thing, she adored many of the older residents, but the staff virtually made her feel like one of their own.
Everyone was also so kind and supportive to myself, they always find time to have a chat if it was needed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Adeline House to anyone, my daughter being there made her last few weeks bearable, and they have still offered me support after her death.
