Grove Lodge continues to give excellent care for its residents. The management and staff are always available to help when approached and always in a friendly relaxed manner, the fact that my resident friend has stayed for more than four years and has no desire to go elsewhere speaks for itself. My son has been resident at The Grove since mid-November, it is 'a breath of fresh air' knowing he is being well cared for. The staff are on hand, extremely helpful, supportive ang and friendly in all aspects of care. I cannot fault this establishment.

All staff are friendly and welcoming safe environment. Plenty of activities. If you want to take part. I've only been here 2 weeks but its a good place to be and spotlessly clean. Good is amazing I haven't had a bad meal yet and always plenty to eat.

The care that my brother has received since his stay here has been superb. The staff are caring and compassionate and have always got my brother's interests, care and welfare at the uppermost of their minds. I have peace of mind knowing my brother is safe and content at Grove Lodge.

I think the Grove Lodge and Courtyard is a fantastic home and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It has been really excellent since I have been here, staff are lovely, food is nice. The space is really organised, residents are lovely.

There is no strict visiting hours which really works for our family as we all work different hours. Staff are really welcoming and helpful and always answer the phone.

If I could stay here permanently I would. The progress I have and continue to make is amazing and could not have been achieved without both the staff and other residents.

It's very reassuring to know that my brother is happy and in good hands staying at the Grove. He really likes the food and enjoys the organised trips out and about which provide a welcome change of scenery.

It's finally everything I needed.

The atmosphere in the care home is friendly and welcoming. The care and support are very good. We get a good variety of food and drink. The cleaners are excellent and hard working. They are friendly and very thorough. The staff are friendly and engaging, The cccupational therapy woman is very good and does her job very well. Management is fair and caring, always there if you need them. I have praise for the facilities and the two hard handy people, I like my room and the en-suite, the only negative is no showers in the rooms.

I like the home and I like the staff and the manager.

Am pleased that I live here. It's a good conclusion practically.

I would just like to say anyone looking for a mental health facilitiy, look no further than The Grove & The Courtyard. I have found it to be well led by the management. All the staff are highly trained, friendly and approachable. They are very supportive of the service users and their families. For me, it is reassuring to know my husband is in a safe, caring environment, surrounded by people who truly do care.

I am a long term patient. I believe there are only loving consideration and understanding carers that are suited to my needs. So deliverance here my rescue and salvation and this works well for the entire household and everybody. Thanking that I live here.
