My son has been resident at The Grove since mid-November, it is 'a breath of fresh air' knowing he is being well cared for. The staff are on hand, extremely helpful, supportive ang and friendly in all aspects of care. I cannot fault this establishment.

All staff are friendly and welcoming safe environment. Plenty of activities. If you want to take part. I've only been here 2 weeks but its a good place to be and spotlessly clean. Good is amazing I haven't had a bad meal yet and always plenty to eat.

The care that my brother has received since his stay here has been superb. The staff are caring and compassionate and have always got my brother's interests, care and welfare at the uppermost of their minds. I have peace of mind knowing my brother is safe and content at Grove Lodge.

During April I visited the service user most weekday mornings and on all occasions was welcomed by the staff in a courteous and friendly manner. I have always found the staff and management helpful and the service user is extremely satisfied with the care and attention provided.

I cannot fault Grove Lodge and Courtyard. The staff and other residents have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home.
If I could stay here permanently I would. The progress I have and continue to make is amazing and could not have been achieved without both the staff and other residents.

The atmosphere in the care home is friendly and welcoming. The care and support are very good. We get a good variety of food and drink. The cleaners are excellent and hard working. They are friendly and very thorough. The staff are friendly and engaging, The cccupational therapy woman is very good and
does her job very well. Management is fair and caring, always there if you need them. I have praise for the facilities and the two hard handy people, I like my room and the en-suite, the only negative is no showers in the rooms.

My experience living at Grove is that staff and carers are polite and courteous, staff negotiate tasks to a nature where they are good to solve and do.
They could all be paid more and to be fair people work but get little for it. Although what they do is a lot.
Am pleased that I live here. It's a
good conclusion practically.

I would just like to say anyone looking for a mental health facilitiy, look no further than The Grove & The Courtyard. I have found it to be well led by the management. All the staff are highly trained, friendly and approachable. They are very supportive of the service users and their families. For
me, it is reassuring to know my husband is in a safe, caring environment, surrounded by people who truly do care.
