The caring attitude of all staff during my fathers last days was wonderful. In particular on the day that he died, nothing was too much for any member of staff, The last 24hrs were very upsetting for us as a family, but this was made so much easier by the kind, considerate attitude of everyone at Sutton Court.

I have always appreciated the care which mum receives in the home and feel that the staff go the extra mile to keep her content.

Care Home and facilities are good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice calm atmosphere and a lovely garden. The Management is informative and act very quickly to any concerns or worries.

Most of my Mother's care is good. However, in certain instances, it is not as good as it could be, e.g. meals provided, laundering, loss of clothing, cultural issues.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I attended the Summer BBQ on 22 June. All staff were very attentive and the whole event went very well. Special shout out to the kitchen staff for a super spread. Thanks to everyone for a lovely afternoon.

Mum has been in Sutton court for a year now and does not wish to come out of her room ,however staff ask her daily to join the daily activity and each day the same response "maybe next time ,but care staff and activiy staff continue to try and include her (i know how hard this is ),on the 23rd of June 2026 I was delighted to see that mum had finally said yes and attended the bbq, all staff were genuinely happy to see her and could not have done enough for her , it was a lovely afternoon with good food ,friendly atmosphere,. Sutton court could be one of the best homes in the London borough of Sutton and the whole of south London.

Trinity Court was a wonderful care home for the final weeks of my mother's life. Their professionalism and compassion was present in everybody we encountered including the owners of the business and all of the staff. It has a happy atmosphere and has a wonderful large garden. Every need mum had was met and she relaxed very quickly when we moved her there. The general manager Hilma is a star! They were very caring towards the family which we really appreciated.

We were very pleased with the compassionate care that our mother received at Trinity Court during the final weeks of her life. The staff were very kind and attentive to her. My brother and I found it a very welcoming place with very good facilities.

A wonderful care home where my mother has been looked after beautifully for the past two years. The staff are dedicated and always helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place for a loved one.

Overall the care that my sister received was of a very satisfactory standard, she was treated with care and respect. She was admitted to the care home in March 2024 and was greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. Due to dementia she, by now, had no communications skills other than facial expressions. This meant that initially the family had to frequently intervene to ensure staff were aware of her preferences. The permanent staff soon became aware of these but communication with the agency staff was often difficult which caused issues.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was ok for the patient and myself- they listened to his problems with the food and changed things to please him- very well looked after and the manager listened to all of the requests and made sure everything was seen to.

My Grandfather was transferred to Sutton Court from hospice with a prognosis of weeks and we ended up having another 7 months with him. The team do a wonderful job and as much as they supported our relative, they also supported us right up to the end. The communication was excellent, we were able to stay with him until his last breath. He had negative experiences prior to this with community and residential care, we are so grateful that he had such a positive experience here in his final months. He had capacity til the end and would tell the staff he loved them, those who shared faith prayed with him, even those that didn't did sweet things such as bringing him a rosary back from their holiday. Marie, the team and the community services that visit all work brilliantly together and welcome collaboration with families to solve any issues. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend to others.

A very good care home recommended by my local ASC team in Sutton. Environment generally v good, always clean and smart. Staff almost always very caring, some exceptional. Management very good. Activities team excellent, so caring. Trips out very limited during mums time there which was a downside. Physio opportunities appeared limited- staff member very good but probably overstretched. Organised activities such as Christmas, various religious days etc- lots of effort from all staff. Mum's room a bit small but had everything needed and v close to staff, staff always called if an issue/ to report health etc and could speak to mum at any time. Very compassionate at time of mum's death.

My aunty is actually in this care home and she is well look after by all the staff. We feel very welcome whenever we visited my aunty, teas and coffees are always provided by the carers. The management team are brilliant and do their work professionally. Their core values of privacy, dignity, choice, independence, rights and fulfilment direct how care and therapy is provided to the resident ensuring dignity and respect is upheld at all times. The staff are always smiling and make the residents feel like family. A great thank you to all the staff for their compassionate heart, their patience and understanding. There is lots of activities happening on every occasion and residents are always busy. It's a lovely care home with professional management team.

This care home provides good quality care. My fathers needs are fully met. All staff are approachable at all times and are reassuring with any concerns family members may have. Good quality meals, activities and entertainment very clean environment. Staff are very welcoming and ensure you have a pleasant visit with your loved ones. No hesitation in recommending this care home.

The staff and the management team were excellent, I couldn't have asked for better care for my father in his final months.

Chegworth House cared for my mum during the most difficult time of her life, as she was living with cancer and dementia, and I cannot thank them enough for the compassion and dignity they showed her.

The nurses and staff were truly amazing. They never left my mum's side and treated her with constant kindness, patience, and respect. She was never in pain, was always kept clean and comfortable, and was continually reassured. Seeing how calm and relaxed she was gave our family great comfort during an incredibly painful time.

What meant the most to us was the dignity they gave my mum right to the very end. She was cared for as a person, not just a patient, and that will stay with us forever. We are deeply grateful to every member of staff at Chegworth House for their dedication, compassion, and humanity.

I cannot put into words how wonderful the home was. They cared for my dad with compassion and dignity. I cannot praise them enough.
