The home is clean and tidy, was an enjoyable experience visiting my friend.
Staff are polite and helpful and seemed lots going on for residents.
Noticed a carer cooking and the food appeared lovely, noticed menus out what I thought was a nice touch too.
Really lovely home in a great location with
lots to do and good local shops at hand.
Would recommend both the home and the company too.

I have visited these homes several times and there is a great, clean environment.
Excellent staff, lovely homes, residents are very well cared for and I have the highest regard for all the staff at Poppy Cottage care homes. Would highly recommend.

My friend's son has been a service user at Poppy Cottage and him and his family have been extremely impressed with the care, facilities and help they have received. The team are very helpful and are always there ready to give support and will go the extra mile as much as their limitations allow.

I am satisfied with the care my daughter receives at Poppy Lodge. She is very happy living in the supported living environment and all her medical and personal care is well supervised. Her social life is also very fulfilled and the staff are always very helpful and supportive of anything she does. I
found the staff very helpful to myself and my daughter during the very difficult Covid period. This helped both my and my daughter's mental state of mind over this time. The staff were very helpful in transporting my daughter to visit me when I was unable to use my own car.

My daughter has been a service user for a number of years now and is happy in the environment she is in. She does enjoy her life there where she gets on well with all the staff and her fellow service users as well as where they take part in many outside activities.

My auntie lives at Poppy Cottage in Denham. I visit her regularly and I am always warmly welcomed by the staff that support her.
My aunt has a very fulfilled life and the staff promotes her independence with many days out and activities of her choice.
