My mother has been a resident here for only approx 6 weeks, but in that time she has improved in 'leaps and bounds'. The staff here are excellent and in this short time feel like old friends. Every time I visit, at least one member of staff pops in to say 'hello'. The food is excellent. Mom seems very
happy here, which is the most important thing.

My partner is living in Danygraig for last two years. Within two years time he improved massively. He can go up and in stairs and staff in here look after him with empathy. Nothing is too much trouble. He always takes the lead in setting up activities and he enjoys every minute.

Since my mum came into Danygraig Nursing Home in April 2025 I have found all staff very helpful, caring and supportive to myself and Mum. She has been treated with dignity and respect and empathy at all times and settled very quickly into her new home. The food has been exceptional, and Mum has enjoyed
many activities and celebrations. The overall standard is excellent. Very homely environment.
Reply from Anchumol Peter, Manager at Danygraig Nursing HomeThank you so much Elaine for your valuable feed back. It is really pleasing to hear about your positive experience. Will feed back to the rest of the team.

The home is very efficiently run and nothing is too much trouble. Staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming, safe and clean environment for both the residents and visitors. Management also take the time to communicate regularly, when any issues have arisen they have dealt with it in a professional
manner, which the family have really appreciated.

My family and I are so pleased with all aspects of the wonderful care and kindness my mum has received since she entered this care home 3 weeks ago. Although a little apprehensive leaving my mum in someone elses care for the first time, we quickly realised she was in the safest of hands and marvelled
at how quickly she has settled.

Danygraig was chosen by myself and my wife, to home my brother! We had looked and considered several care homes in and around the area but the staff were excellent and knowledgable, the home was warm and the facilities excellent. I feel that my brother is in excellent hands with the staff at Danygraig!
Reply from Anju KC, Operations Executive at Danygraig Nursing HomeThank you so much for your kind words Antony. It means a lot to us. My husband was admitted to Danygraig Nursing Home. He has suffered from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease. His speech and mobility were declining when he was discharged from hospital, but he did not want to go to a nursing home. However, within a short time, he accepted it as his own home. All of
the staff nurses, carers, cleaners and laundry workers treated him as family and management and administration were kind and understanding to our family.

As a nurse, I found choosing a suitable care home for my beautiful mum very difficult. My expectations and standards of care that I wanted here were high, maybe unrealistic. Having viewed quite a few nursing homes Danygraig by far stood out from the first phone call to the viewing, my mum moving in,
the management, clinical and auxiliary teams have been exemplary. Everyone has treated mum with respect, dignity care and kindness. Nothing at all has been too much trouble. The facilities are good, activities change daily, and mum has settled in well. I am delighted that she is in such a warm, caring and safe environment.

My mum has had the most amazing care every since she arrived at this home, most recently after a stay in hospital where she was really poorly, we though that it was the end. After arriving back at Danygraig the personal care the magic in this home has brought her back to his again. Tender love care
in abundance, we as a family, love this home. My mam, as a resident, also loves it.

My brother has been a resident at Danygraig Nursing Home for over four years. He has received excellent care from his first day. My brother tells me how good the food is and how helpful the staff are. Danygraig offers a wide range of activities for their residents and families are often invited to take
part. My brother gets first-class care from the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. My brother's health and well-being have improved since residing here.

My mum has been in Danygraig Nursing Home since June 2023. The home is a lovely environment, a real home-from-home experience as much as it can be. The staff are all really helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The standards of the home are of a high level, and very clean. The food is fantastic,
home-cooked and good portions. I am very happy with the standard of care my mum receives and would recommend the home to anyone.
