I have read the copy review and am very happy with the outcome.
Home management can't do enough for relatives. Staff are first-class care is second to none. Nothing is too much for them, 100% percent please. Would not put my husband anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Bradbury House.

My Mum is a resident of Bradbury House she is treated with respect & dignity. There is always an activity or a visit from various organisations going on. My Mum greatly enjoys this & it makes her still feel connected to the outside world. My Mum is happy & that in turn makes me happy.

A wonderful afternoon tea with out mum. The staff here are fantastic, so hard working and so caring to all their residents as well as visitors. No problems and if there are any they are immediately solved or put right. A absolute pleasure and our mum love it here. With dementia, she thinks she is in
a 'holiday camp' how much happier can this get.

Wonderful staff so kind and caring to our mum and all residents. Everyone is so happy here. They is always so much for everyone to do and to interact with each other. Mum has dementia and is so well cared for and I recommend this home to everyone. Mum being here is the best thing we could of done for
her to keep her brain going. She is so happy.

The staff are amazing, also very attentive and helpful. The residents are given so much care and attention, with care and arranged activities. The staff are very caring and patient. They go above and beyond.

Nan has been at Bradbury House for 8 months now and we could not be happier with how she is being looked after. There are activities everyday, you can tell it is like a family here and the residents are loved and looked after. The social media posts also mean I get to see my nan everyday. The staff
here go above and beyond and we feel extremely lucky that nan got a place here.

We are so happy with the care my mum is receiving at Bradbury House. Her health has noticeably improved since she has been there and we are relieved that she is receiving such great care. The manager is always working hard every time we see her, the administrator has been a great help with finances
and the activities lady is always offering a varied and interesting choice of activities and events. Please pass on my family's thanks to all the staff there.

My mother-in-law moved in December. This care home has a very cosy feel and feels more like a B&B than a care home. That is a compliment as I viewed many care homes and they all felt clinical. Bradbury House has a lovely feeling when you walk in. Every carer is exceptional, including the management
and all staff that work here. Chef, cleaner, handyman are all very lovely. I am very happy my mother-in-law is here. I would only say that on some occasions they seem short-staffed but otherwise, very impressed.

When we first visited Bradbury House, I knew it was where I wanted my mum to live. The place immediately felt homely, and the staff we met were great. The food is lovely, and all the staff are so caring to every resident. They have different activities every day, which is great for my mum as she likes
to keep busy. I can visit anytime and always feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Bradbury House is definitely a home-from-home.

My husband has been in Bradbury House for just over nine months. He is happy, relaxed and enjoys the many and varied activities and outings. He says the food is always very good and his 24-hour care is excellent.

Bradbury House in Braintree has been outstanding in every aspect from our experience. The level of care and effort shown by every member of the staffing team has been beyond our expectation. This is not just for the care provided but the activities, dining and support provided. The overall feeling set
in an older style building with a historical connection to Braintree creates more of a family home environment rather than that of a residential home, although every level of support is provided. The freedom to visit at any time and regularly witness life at Bradbury House along with the regular social media updates is so reassuring for the family. In our opinion, Bradbury House is an excellent residential care home. The monthly rate for staying at Bradbury House is exceptionally good value from our experience.

My father has been at Bradbury House for a few months now and has received kind and compassionate care from all the team. He has had a couple of appointments at hospital which have been organised without hassle.

Staff are kind and caring. My mother is immobile with dementia but feels safe at Bradbury House. She is comfortably warm in her room and has enough to eat and drink. My mother prefers to stay in her own room but I think she should be made to join in some activities with the other residents. She did
enjoy the Christmas Party and joined in the singing. Thank you.

My dad has literally settled in so well. He loves his new home and says that everyone is very friendly. He describes Bradbury House as a five-star hotel. My experience is that the home is friendly, welcoming and caring. Seeing Dad so happy for me means that Bradbury House is amazing. I cannot praise
