Cheryl, Dee, Leanne, Jane, Emma are an absolute credit to you guy's. They all looked after our mum as if it was their own! Fantastic caring people. We are so grateful of them. Right up to the end!

I want to thank the whole team at Belmont Castle for the excellent way they cared for my mother in the last 10 months of her life. Sadly, Alzheimer's robbed Mum of her memory and so being treated with kindness and compassion was especially crucial for Mum to maintain her dignity, and have her wishes
respected. The care staff are very professional and sweet, and Mum became very fond of her personal care workers in particular. It was such a relief for me knowing Mum was in safe hands and, when we took Mum out, seeing she was happy to return. I had no health LPA in place but the Belmont manager instigated getting a DOLS agreement in place, meaning a team of us would together make decisions in Mum's best interests. That too was very professional and much appreciated. Mum had a lovely room, with two windows with an outlook over trees. Belmont really feels homely. The staff are long stay, no constant turnover. That too helps create 'home'. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

My dad was admitted to East Hill at the end of September 2025 with dementia. Although it took him a while to settle down, the staff were amazing with him. They were also very supportive to me and always had time to talk to me and reassure me Dad suffered a major stroke in February and was admitted
to hospital. When it was clear that dad was not going to recover, East Hill were more than happy to take him back.
Dad's last days were comfortable and peaceful. The staff were so attentive, not only to dad but also to me and my husband as we stayed with dad for the last few days. I cannot praise the home high enough for all their care and I will always be grateful that my dad had a peaceful and dignified last few days

After visiting my husband, I am at ease knowing that he is happy and all the staff have his happiness and welfare at heart. This is a happy home, and I take great pleasure in visiting as I am made welcome by every member of staff. I highly recommend East Hill House.

My brother-in-law has been in East Hill for 1 year now. Our first impression of East Hill was the friendliness of the staff and the homely atmosphere. Although lacking in some modern features and needing updating, the managers and staff are devoted to their residents, and continually try to entertained
care for them in the best way they can. Relatives are always kept informed and welcomed when visiting at any time.
In sum up, a comfortable, homely place, with dedicated staff.

Dad has been at East Hill House for about 6 weeks. The staff keep me fully informed about Dad, who can be challenging at times. The staff are very friendly and dad appears to be fairly happy there.

My mum arrived to East Hill House in May 2025. She came from hospital and was very confused and disoriented. The management at the home were brilliant, and initially was practically one-to-one care. It took a while for my mum to settle, but with the staff's amazing patience and encouragement soon had
her interaction with the other residents. She seems a lot more settled at the home now, it is an enjoyable experience to come and visit her.

I was worried about my mother going into a care home. My mother has been in Belmont Castle care home since December 2024, she is so happy and content, which in turn make or family extremely happy. I have no negative comments regarding Belmont Castle. The staff make all family members feel welcome and
at home. A very happy and positive and caring atmosphere. My mum is so happy and calls this place home.

Family like atmosphere, outstanding care and well being of residents. Couldn't have asked or wished for a better place for my dad to be. My dad moved into the care home after having falls at home and being diagnosed with dementia. The managers and staff have made my dad very welcome. They attend to his every need which is very reassuring for me and my family.
Dad says he likes living at the care home and everyone works really hard there.
I have seen this for myself too.
I am very grateful for everything they do for my dad as it gives me peace of mind knowing they are there 24/7.
It is nice that we can visit dad anytime as it is like home from home. This has really helped my dad settle in as quickly as he has.
I would like to say a BIG thank to all the staff at Belmont Castle as you are all truly amazing.

My husband has only been here for just over a month but it has been a very safe period. His falls has lessened because of the care he has here. All the staff are excellent, very caring and compassionate. Belmont Castle is always warm and inviting. There are a lot of activites every day. The food is
very good and plenty of it. Belmont Castle residental home is a place we would recommend to everybody.

My brother has been a resident for approximately 8 years. He is treated with dignity and respect and the staff have a warm and compassionate relationship with him. He was very poorly over the Christmas/New Year and required a hospital admission. His care and attention prior to his hospital admission
was first class. The manger/deputy manger kept in tough with me to offer their support for the duration of his hospital stay (3 weeks). Happily he has now recovered and returned to his home.

My mum joined the Belmont Castle Care Home in June 2024. She took a little bit of settling in (she has Alzheimer's dementia and can be quite grumpy). In six months, the staff have taken the time to get to know her and work with her and she really has become so much more settled and content. It is lovely
to see her smiling when we visit. She has her favourites and the team have got to know her and are brilliant with her.
Both me and my brother feel so relieved after a really tough couple of years trying to do everything for our mum ourselves to know that she is safe, happy and well looked after. We chose Belmont because it had a lovely, homely feel and the staff made us feel welcome. Mum loves gardens and birds and animals so the aviary and garden area outside in the summer are a lovely bonus for her. It is not an easy decision to make on behalf of a loved one to send them to a home but now our mum has settled which is down to the hard work of all the staff at Belmont, I am pleased we chose here.

My close friend has been a resident at East Hill Residential Care Home for over 5 years. During this time, the staff have always been friendly and most attentive to her needs. and have kept us informed of developments in her health and welfare. The home appears to be kept clean and hygienic and comply
with relevant legislation. Entertainment and activities are well organised and frequent.

Whilst I would describe East Hill Care Home as a little shabby, the care my father receives is definitely not shabby in anyway. The home is warm, clean and welcoming. The carers are attentive, happy and always do a good job being attentive and caring. They are genuine in their care and approach to the

I continue to be extremely pleased with the care my 96 year old father is getting at East Hill House. He has dementia which can be challenging at times but the staff continue to be very kind to him. You can really feel that all the staff in each role genuinely care for him. He is treated with every
respect and within the home, huge efforts are made with entertainment opportunities. He is also very happy with the food, which is so much better than in his last residence
