My mother has been living in Coppice Lea for almost eighteen months and has been very happy in all that time. She is treated with dignity & respect by all members of staff and is included in as many of the daily activities as she wants to be. All of the staff go out of their way to ensure my mums needs
are met. Their spectacular 'event' days - BBQ, cirque du Soleil, etc are reall treats and a lovely day out for everyone. Thank you everyone.

I visit on a weekly basis & during the two years I have been a regular visitor, I have always received a warm & friendly greeting. The first impression is very positive. The staff I meet during my visits are always receptive.
As with all care homes, staff turnover & retention can be a challenge.
There have been a considerable number of established staff leaving, & it does often leave a gap in experience & consistency. Team work can sometimes appear a little stretched.
The nursing staff - excellent! The new Manager is very approachable.
The newly decorated dining rooms look light & inviting & I have only heard good things about the food & the Chef.
During the past month, there have been problems with broken lifts. On occasions, no working lift, which has been an issue for both my mother, to go down to the garden & for my father visiting. I understand this has now been resolved.
The gardens are well maintained and there is a pleasant atmosphere at Cranmer Court.

I can't fault it. Very pleasant and caring staff. My partner's room is very spacious and comfortable. It's very peaceful here. The grounds are neat and well kept. I can bring Buddy our little dog along to see her which is so comforting.
All visitors have remarked on the lovely building and how comfortable
my partner looks.
There's always someone within reach if we require help with anything.
The food is excellent and remains hot even though it's served in her room.

My mother has now been at Thames View care home for the past year and in that time she has settled in well and is enjoying the home. The setting, in the banks of the river, and the gardens are lovely and give my mother a lot of pleasure. I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly and they

Coxhill Manor is a great place. It's beautifully clean, smells great and the staff from top down dedicated and friendly, always welcoming. Food is excellent and beautifully presented, nursing care of a high standard. I feel the specialised dementia care for my mother is particularly good with great

Such a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as you step in to the home, there is a lovely smile from the reception lady. She then took me to find my friend. Showing me around en route. I worked here in the late 1970s as a girl guide volunteer and again 1980 prior to training as a nurse. All the staff
seemed so happy, friendly. A really lovely atmosphere and so different from some homes I've worked in. I was able to get refreshments for me and my friend and we had a lovely afternoon sat in the garden. I'd really recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a short or long erm break.
