This fine Victorian home has been sympathetically converted and includes a number of delightful garden rooms, affording wonderful views over the landscaped grounds. Specialist interior design helps to ensure that residents are able to move freely around the home, with bedrooms and communal areas appropriately laid out and clearly signposted to minimise confusion and aid orientation.
They have their own dementia training, which highlights the importance of meaningful activities and a stimulating environment for people living with dementia, in addition to addressing clinical aspects of care. This specialist training provides the hospitality team and chefs with the skills and knowledge to stimulate senses and increase creativity in the cooking and presentation of food. This can provide a much-improved dining experience for residents living with dementia and or dysphagia.
Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Nothing is too much trouble for them to do for my sister or for me and my family when we visit. June (my sister) has been happier in the last few weeks than at any time since she left her home a year ago. She has been at Coxhill for six months.

An amazing care home.The staff are very attentive, caring and professional. Always go above and beyond to make sure Mum is comfortable and safe. We are always welcomed with a friendly smile. Mum's room is always spotless and her clothes are washed frequently and put neatly away. She is treated with dignity and genuine care. We cannot be more pleased with Mum's care. The home is well furnished with a lovely area for coffee and cake and Mum has enjoyed the food on offer.

The team are so lovely and thoughtful, making sure to keep a smile on her face and get to know what she likes. She loves getting involved in activities and making friends with other residents, the recent choir concert and summer BBQ have been real highlights. Seeing her enjoy activities she stopped being able to do at home has been amazing to see her spark return.

Coxhill Manor is a great place. It's beautifully clean, smells great and the staff from top down dedicated and friendly, always welcoming. Food is excellent and beautifully presented, nursing care of a high standard. I feel the specialised dementia care for my mother is particularly good with great attention to detail, so much so she seems to be improving physically and mentally. My mother has been living at Coxhill Manor Nursing and Residential Home since December 2022, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care she receives there. The staff are superb. In fact I think they are amongst the kindest and most caring people that I have even met! She is very well looked after!
