The care my mother receives at Coxhill Manor provides me with the reassurance that she is cared for and her needs are all met. The staff are so welcoming and thoughtful and do the little extras that make them more friendly than carers. The facilities, food, activities and nursing care are all excellent and I have no concerns recommending Coxhill Manor and the good work of the manager.

Coxhill Manor and its staff are very special indeed. The residents of Coxhill Manor are all so happy and speak so highly of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are patient, caring and so kind. The activities and events held at Coxhill Manor for the residents are wonderful. I am a particular fan of animals being allowed to live with residents or at the care home and for animals being brought in to visit the residents. The nursing home is extremely clean and the food is of a good standard. The management and nursing staff deserve recognition for the caring, friendly, happy environment that is Coxhill Manor.

Cannot fault the staff and management at Coxhill. They always have the residents care and dignity at heart and engage with as many as possible through the activities programme.

The building however, could do with renovation work (old, very small lift, some uneven floors and a few corridors too narrow to facilitate easy movement of equipment such as hoists).

Mum happy here. Staff friendly and helpful. Mum is a very private person and does not easily join in with activities but she thinks they are very good for those who use them. Enjoys looking at garden, especially in summer.

About six months ago my wife was diagnosed with dementia which was unexpected and came as a great shock. Her consultant advised that she should go into a care home due to her condition. I tried various homes in the area but was not impressed, until I met the manager of Coxhill Manor in Surrey. He appeared to have plenty of time to discuss my situation, including finance and funding. He showed me the room which was available which was very pleasant, clean and had an excellent view of the well kept gardens. During our tour I noticed how relaxed the residents were with the carers and staff, who treated them with respect, but talked to them like friends. I learnt that at least two qualified nurses were always on duty day/night. All my family were in agreement that my wife should take up residence at Coxhill Manor. We have never regretted this decision.

I am proud to lead an enthusiastic and compassionate team that is passionate about what they do and dedicated to providing excellent care for our residents.

I feel very fortunate to work alongside such caring and skilled individuals who support our residents with the same love, respect, and kindness that we would expect for our own families.

I am passionate about the well-being and happiness of both our residents and our team. As Home Manager, I lead by example to create a positive and motivated environment where high-quality, person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

I strongly believe that every resident should be involved in decisions about their own care and supported to live as actively and independently as possible, with opportunities to enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.
