Areas clean, garden area small but well tended, communal areas plenty and smaller areas available for family visiting. 24-hour access by means of intercom. My experience was positive, my mum's more so. Staff are good, always busy but my mum received a good level of care which is the main thing.

and if the staff are concerned about medical issues, a GP is available. Of course, he would like to come home but with his needs, that is impossible and he says he is well taken care of.
