She is 99 years old in a few weeks and all her needs are catered for including a visiting hairdresser who does her hair each week. On my regular visits, I also witness the kindness and care given to other residents. The food is excellent, catering for everyone's individual needs. So much effort above and beyond with various entertainment and events are celebrated throughout the year and the home is decorated accordingly for each event. So much effort is put into every day life by the management and staff. I would definitely recommend Hames Hall to anyone looking for a high standard of care for their loved ones.
