I encourage her to participate in the many activities that the staff arrange daily and weekly. When I visit I am always made to feel welcome and every task is carried out professionally, safely and securely especially when moving my mother to a place of privacy. I am always kept informed if there is a concern or health issue that requires local attention or GP advice. I would thoroughly recommend the standards set by this care home.

There is evident willingness to communicate with me and I am in email and telephone contact with the staff as necessary. My wife's room is comfortable. Very importantly, she seems fully content and at ease in the Glebe House environment. I report this on the basis of regular visits to my wife, when I am able to witness the care she receives and to have discussions with the staff concerning her personal welfare. During my visits, while in the public spaces, I have observed that the care shown to my wife is also shown to other residents.
