Every time I visit the home, it is always nicely decorated for the season clean & tidy, the staff teams are very friendly and go out of their way to help, the rooms are pleasent and nicely decorated which can be customed to your style and preference, when I see Mike he always tells me what he has been
up to and attended events and activities through the week. I know my friend is being well supported and cared for by the staff would recommend to anyone looking for a residental care service.

Dad arrived in January and has been treated as one of the family from Day One. The staff are wonderful- hard-working, professional yet friendly and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. His medical needs are efficiently supervised and his day to day care is great. Nothing is too much trouble. Every member
of staff aims to build a relationship with each resident and their love, warmth and friendliness is evident when you enter the building. Everyone is made to feel welcome.
The building is beautiful, built purposely to cater for the needs of those residents with dementia. The rooms are lovely - in fact it's just like a 5 star hotel! The facilities are amazing: beauty area, cinema, plentiful living rooms and lovely outdoor space.
Must not forget the food. It's absolutely delicious and plentiful.
Stapleford View works hard to be part of the local community and the events which are run on a regular basis are excellent.
Reply from Tracey Turton, Home Manager at Stapleford View Care HomeThank you very much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. From our first visit Stapleford View felt welcoming and all the staff we met were very friendly and engaging. It was clean and bright. We felt we had made a good choice moving mum from a different care home. Mum has already shown an improvement after only 1 month

The Review relates to the care of my mum since November 2024. The staff are brilliant and the home is vibrant and uplifting with lots of activities which stimulates residents even if they are not wanting to actively participate. My mum is dressed everyday; is eating (the food is excellent and my father
joins and eats there 2 x a week); and sleeping in her own bed. The difference in her happiness and wellbeing is amazing (having come from a home where she was left sleeping on a settee with little input). Carehome staff communicate well with relatives and let them know if there are problems. Can not recommend enough. The challenge will be as they get busier and fuller in maintaining the excellent standards they have set.
Reply from Tracey Turton, Home Manager at Stapleford View Care HomeThank you so much for your wonderful feedback. Were delighted to hear how happy and settled your mum is, and its lovely to know the positive difference our team and activities have made to her wellbeing. Were proud of our staff for providing such consistent, person-centred care, and we truly value your recognition of their hard work. Your comment about maintaining our high standards as we grow is very important to uswe are committed to ensuring that every resident continues to receive the same level of attention, care, and communication youve described. Its an absolute pleasure to support your family, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

My Mum has been in Stapleford View care home since November being one of the first to move in. The home is bright very clean well equipped and very comfortable. The staff are very caring patient and lift the residents spirt, adapting to mums changing needs quickly. The food is good with plenty of choice
and cater for there likes and dislikes, mums eating things she's never eaten before. There is always lots of activities going off from films jigsaws, colouring, exercises, making things the list goes on.
They are very good at including friends and relatives doing bingo, fairs, gardening club, always celebrating special occasion.also having regular family meetings keeping us informed what is happening.
We had some friends come to the Summer fair last week, when leaving she said to me it feels like one big happy family and I think that says it all.
Reply from Tracey Turton, Home Manager at Stapleford View Care HomeThank you for your kind words and continued support. Your encouragement and unwavering championing of our home and the service we provide mean so much to the whole team. Dad was admitted to Wilford View Care Home in October 2024 following discharge from hospital. He has found adjusting to his new surroundings and full time care difficult; however, the staff have always been polite, respectful, caring , friendly and accommodating of his changing needs. Similarly to
the family they have been great support ; always making time to answer questions and keeping us update on what has been happening in his life.
The facilities are clean, airy and very welcoming and the building has good access, parking and security.

Where to begin? Wilford View Care Home has provided such great care to my mum for nearly two years. It was a hard transition for her, especially as she got her dementia diagnosis before Christmas at 50 years old in the beginning, and it was really hard to navigate Mum's feelings, but the staff at Wilford
View were a godsend. Two particular members of staff helped make Mum feel at home when she arrived, and everyone adores her. Her room is kept clean and they accommodate her needs very well. She is mobile, so they have found ways to keep her engaged with dancing and baking and always trying to find new activities she can join in. Plus the days out trips that the care home does are too cute and it's nice to see her radiant as it brings back the smile she had when she wasn't ill. It's been the best place for her, and I highly recommend Wilford View. I'm truly grateful for their services and support.
Reply from Helen Beacher, Registered Home Manager at Wilford View Care HomeSupporting Mum in navigating her journey is a true pleasure for everyone at Wilford View. Her smile, energy and infectious joy bring so much happiness. Watching her engage with the well-being and care staff is a true opportunity to witness her enjoyment of the simplest of activities. Mum is a true inspiration to the team, an absolute wonderful lady to have the honour of spending our time with and she conveys such a genuine kindness that warms the heart. We love your visits and feedback, the team really appreciate your comments, thank you!

My father has been a resident of Wilford View for over two years now. He's a happy dementia resident and is very content. Dad responds well to the staff and loves to see their smiley faces. The staff do their best to ensure Dad is looked after and is clean and tidy. He has a great appetite and really
enjoys all his meals, and I must say, they look lovely too!

My cousin has been a full-time resident for approx 12 months now and although it is difficult to come to terms with needing full-time care at first I am happy to report she is now well adjusted to the idea. This is due mainly to the staff at Wilford View who have always been kind, helpful and at all
times caring towards her. From my own point of view, when I have had any questions regarding my cousin's care they have always been answered promptly and in a friendly manner. This gives me and my 2 other cousins confidence that she is well looked after at all times.
Reply from Helen Beacher, Registered Home Manager at Wilford View Care HomeWe are so pleased that you gave us the opportunity to support your cousin in what we know was a difficult decision in coming to terms with long-term care. She has been an absolutely amazing person who is wonderful towards everyone she meets. We are pleased you chose Wilford View to be a part of this stage of your journey and share your feedback. It is very appreciated in helping others make difficult decisions also. Thank you!

Wilford View became my mum's home in the last 5 years. While her dementia progressed her independence was always at the forefront of the home care for her. She was safe and relaxed within the home. The staff was always on hand to answer any questions that we had as family members. Clean surroundings.
Fresh smell. Communication from the home in regards to Mum's health was amazing. Open and honest. The facilities are good. The management and staff who cared for Mum in her final days were amazing. They went above and beyond for both Mum and family members. Great care home where people actually care.
Reply from Helen Beacher, Home Manager at Wilford View Care HomeThank you so very much for the wonderful words which meant a great deal to the whole team to hear. Caring for your Mum was our privilege, such an amazing lady who brought so much enjoyment to everyone fortunate enough to meet her. Had a lovely visit to my friend today. She was in the lounge with other residents doing chair exercise, she looked so happy and was having fun. Great Instructor. After a cuppa, they began a karaoke with words on a big screen. Not wanting to interrupt I joined in, and had a great time singing and watching
my friend sing along to the music, waving her arms in the air to Sweet Caroline and knowing all the words to most songs. I'll never forget the smile on her face as she joined in. A very happy friend and a lovely visit. Thanks to all the carers at Wilford View for organising all the activities at this care home.

My Aunt has been a resident at Wilford View Care Home since late January 2023. I am very impressed by how attentive and caring all the Staff are. Communication is always very good and I'm always kept informed and provided with updates when required regarding my Aunt's well-being. Most importantly my

Mum has been a resident for almost a year now. She is very well looked after and is happy with the care she receives. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Mum did have a problem with the night staff a few months ago, but thankfully, this has now been sorted with permanent staff being recruited.
Reply from Helen Beacher, Registered Home Manager at Wilford View Care HomeThank you for the lovely review! Our team have worked very hard to ensure we are very well staffed with our own permanent team after what has been a challenging couple of years for recruitment in the healthcare sector overall.
We have also created a wonderful Well Being Team to increase the variety and frequency of activities within the home, a hint of which can be viewed on our social media posts. The whole team adore Mum and feels very privileged to be able to provide care for her. I shall share your feedback with the team during our next team meeting! Thank you!
