I am grateful for the care my mum receives. Choosing a care home is a big decision so we are fortunate to find a place where she is not only looked after but she is happy. The entire team at Jordanhill are professional, kind, patient, attentive and humorous. My mum's well being has improved significantly.
Thanks.

My mum has been in Foxley House since May 2024. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their support during a very stressful time. They have been so kind to my mum, who loves all the staff. They treat her like family. Foxley has a lovely, homely atmosphere with loads of activities., The parties are
amazing, and the family are always welcome. There is always lots of fun, love and laughter. The staff go above and beyond and can't do enough for my mum.

My experience of the home since my mum became a resident at the beginning if 2023 has been totally positive.
The staff are excellent both professionally and socially and my mum is totally at ease in the home which also makes out lives easier.
The residents are east to get on with.
Overall I cannot
think of anything that requires improvement.

The staff are kind and considerate. Food and snacks are plentiful and of a great standard. The kitchen staff - cooks and helpers very accommodating when asked if the menu was not suitable. Domestic cleaners are part of the team who, when asked about their normal duties, are very accommodating. Themed
dates, Burns suppers, Halloween are great.

In the time my mum has been here (over 6 years). I could not be happier with the care and support she receives, their standards have never dropped and they are always seeking to improve. The staff are amazing, never met a friendlier bunch, even through COVID their standards never dropped considering
the pressure they were all under. Overall Jordanhill is an amazing place for my mum to be. The whole family feel the same.

My mum has been a resident in Foxley for just over a year and a half and over this time we have come to get to know the staff on a personal basis and in all cases they have become not just carers but friends. I can say that all the staff genuinely care about the residents and the standard of care is
second to none in a difficult situation they are giving my mum the best quality of life possible. The comfort that gives her family is priceless to any family in this difficult situation we would without hesitation recommend Foxley.

We couldn't have found a better care home for my 104-year-old mother. The care staff, domestic staff, maintenance staff and kitchen staff are all focused on the needs and happiness of the elderly residents. The management are always available to list and resolve any anxieties or issues troubling residents
and relatives. The home is clean, warm and comfortable. The activities coordinator is there on a daily basis encouraging residents to reach their potential physically and mentally. Special occasions, celebrations are excellent.

I am very happy that we chose this care home for my mum, it has a family feel about it, and I like that I know almost all of the other residents by name. I do feel that she does get the best care possible, and the carers do have a genuine bond with my mum. My daughter is 3 years old and she loves to
visit granny and feels quite at home when she arrives. All the staff know her by name too. I am so glad my mum is here.

I wish to record my family's appreciation to the wonderful staff at Foxley House.
Sadly, our mum passed away recently, but during mums 18 months stay she was wonderfully cared for. Without exception, every member of staff looked after mum with dignity, love and kindness and all went that "extra mile".
Putting a loved one into care is never a decision any family wishes to make. However, we can honestly say that we chose the "jewel in the crown" by selecting Foxley House.

My mother has now been at Jordanhill for two years and has been settled and happy. She feels safe and I feel she is well cared for and looked after. The staff team are professional, caring, friendly, and approachable and are genuinely interested in getting to know the residents and to understand their
needs. I have nothing but praise for their good work in caring for my mother. The home has a very 'homely' feel and is always clean and the food is good. The management team should be complimented for employing a full-time activities coordinator. This provides a range of stimulating group activities and one-to-one interaction where needed.
I looked at a number of residential homes before choosing Jordanhill and have no regrets that I made the right choice.

Our family had a very stressful search to find a home in which my gran would be safe, happy and well cared for. After approaching countless care homes, I received a welcoming reply from the manager of Foxley House inviting us for a tour. After that, we knew this was exactly where we wanted my gran to
live. Residents are taken on trips to local establishments, there are regular singers and other forms of entertainment invited in, everyone’s birthdays/big occasions are celebrated, Christmas is made special and the list goes on. Whilst hairdressers, dentists, doctors and so on all visit the home as and when required. The key to its success is the staff, management and Foxcare admin who try their utmost to help support families and the residents. There are no agency staff and due to the small number of service users, it does have a family feel between staff, residents and wider families. I really cannot recommend it enough if you sadly like us need to consider a care home for a loved one.

Since the time my Mum became a resident of Jordanhill Care Home I have had nothing but praise for the level of care presented to her. The staff are very friendly and approachable and they create such a welcoming, homely atmosphere at all times. I cannot praise the team highly enough and can rest easy
at night knowing that my Mum is safe and in excellent hands. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jordanhill House.
