Really happy with the care home, staff are really pleasant looks lovely and cosy, very well kept

We continually get a very warm welcome on each visit to my dad. He is always happy and looks very well cared for. He is familiar with all carers and appears to respond very well to any interaction offered by staff.

Mum has settled in well. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff are lovely, friendly & caring. Family & friends are always made welcomed by all the staff.

A very welcoming establishment where it gives me great peace of mind that my Dad's care is excellent, and he is very happy.

There was a change of staff last year and many more people from different countries but my mum loves them all.

Staff treat everyone the same and are happy to discuss anything with you. The activities provided in house and out are amazing. My uncle loves going out on the bikes. Could find no fault with anything at the home.

My uncle has been in Foxley House nearly 2 years, the staff are outstanding, caring and compassionate. They have close relationships with all the residents and their families, us included. They have a great range of activities for the residents both in house and out and about. My uncle loves going to Glasgow Green and going on the bikes. The staff are always on hand if we have any questions or worries.

From my family's experience, there has been a significant decline since the change in management in 2024. My parents were, in my opinion, subjected to an ORCHESTRATED EVICTION and we felt our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Having reviewed published reviews and management responses, It demonstrates a recurring pattern of disputing negative feedback rather than acknowledging it. If you're considering Foxley House carefully review ALL information before making any important decisions. I anticipate a rebuttal!

I am very happy with the care being provided. All staff are very friendly and helpful but I would single Craig out for particular credit as he is always so cheerful and engaging

The staff and have always been incredibly supportive to me, always taking the time listen and offer reassurance. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mum is happy and well looked after.

I was welcomed and shown to my friend and helped to feel very comfortable. The house is clean, friendly and welcoming and my friend looks very happy here. The staff were really helpful and enabled me to spend time with my friend in her room as well as giving me coffee.

My mum has been in Foxley House for 2 years. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do. Mum is treated like family and loves all the staff. nothing is too much Trouble. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The activities are amazing and family are always included!

After being anxious about my mum being in a care home, Im delighted she has settled. The staff are great with her, plenty of activities and she seems happy. She's safe, has lots of company and as a family we are very happy with Jordanhill Care Home.

Jordanhill House is a brilliant carehome where we can visit anytime knowing our family member is being cared for, entertained and is safe. The staff are all fantastic and offer different skillsets to all residents, to meet their needs and wants. There is a great, varied activity programme and entertainment to keep everyone's minds active and bodys exercised and pampered. Family nights with singers and nibbles go down well as well - as visits from animals from ponies, alpacas, reptiles and therapy dogs are fab. But most of all the peace of mind is paramount :)

Ultimately, our family was left disappointed and feeling let down by a service we had trusted with our mother's care.
