I came to visit a resident. I was welcomed by a member of staff and he escorted me to a room where my friend was involved in a memory activity. I felt very welcome to join this activity with about 7 residents and an excellent activity leader. After this I joined my friend and 2 other residents for lunch. I had brough my sandwich and carrots and the nice staff made me a cup of tea. We retired to my friend's room until it was time for me to leave. Admin staff ordered me a taxi. I would rate this home as 100%

We all had a wonderful time. Rita really enjoyed herself. The staff were absolutely great and very friendly.

This is the third review and I have to say the good standard is being kept up, so very well done! My mother is happy here so I am happy. Keep it up!

My lovely Dad has been at Windsor Court a few months now, and I continue to be so impressed with the care he's receiving. The staff really shine out, they are absolutely brilliant, and are all so genuinely caring and warm, they always proactively give me updates on my Dad and how he's doing and what he gets up to there, which I really appreciate. He had a nasty fall and was in hospital for weeks and couldn't walk, within 24 hours at Windsor Court he was starting to walk again and he smiled for the first time in a number of weeks.The building is bright and cheerful with lots of light and a beautiful garden, and lots of different common rooms and a couple of rooms where you can dine as an alternative to the main dining room if you're wanting more privacy or just a different setting. There are lots of activities that residents can partake in if they want to, food good and varied and the chef really friendly. Plenty of carers to hand if you need something, a real pleasure to visit.

All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, my friend has been very happy since he has been a resident. Rooms are bright and cheering with a lovely garden to be able to walk around and lots of activities available.

The management team are unfailingly helpful with nothing too much trouble and the staff in general are caring and considerate.

What is immediately obvious and of paramount importance was that every member of staff we met was courteous, helpful and smiled. The manager was attentive to any concerns and explained thoroughly company policy and standards. Everyone seemed approachable. The care home itself was spotlessly clean and the decor and furniture was of a very good standard. The care home cared for residents with dementia as well as ordinary residents. Particularly pleasing was easy access to well-tended gardens with tarmac walkways.

My mum has only been at Windsor Court for a week now. Staff have made her feel so welcome into the home and supported her so much with her transition into the new chapter in her life. Mum's bedroom is a beautiful room, lovely and bright and the ensuite is so well equipped. The second floor that Mum is on has been completely refurbished and is beautiful, bright and homely. We looked at many homes for Mum, and Windsor Court came out on top for us. Mum is enjoying the food and the chef is always willing to help. Mum is starting to join in with some of the activities but early days yet. From what I have seen this home is a very well-run home and most of all Mum is happy.

Lovely birthday celebration for my friend on her 90th.

My father has been a resident for over two years. He has always been treated well. The staff go over and above to get to know my father's likes and dislikes. He's a man who likes his own company and amazingly the home have been able to get him to take part in quizzes and other activities. He has also changed his eating habits for the better. Well done Windsor Court, and thank you.

My mother seems to be happy there.

The garden party was a lovely day, everyone had a lovely day. The food was great, the staff are lovely and caring.

The Saturday summer party was a very enjoyable day. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious and all the residents were really happy.

I recently relocated my dad from Eastbourne to Windsor Court and the team have been amazing. From the day he moved in, the staff has been incredible, treating my dad with sensitivity and respect, listening to him but also to us as a family, finding what his needs and interests are, making sure he is well cared for but can maintain his independence with support and dignity. My dad is so happy and relaxed despite this major life change and to see him smiling when we visit is such a relief. He is usually out in the garden, reading his paper, or in one of the activities on offer, all carefully planned. Each member of the team is cheerful and welcoming, they clearly enjoy working together to support the residents. The home itself is bright, clean and comfortable, my dad loves his room and en-suite and choosing what to eat from the delicious home-cooked meals on offer, and we love that he is safe, so happy and well cared for so thank you everyone at Windsor Court, you are brilliant!

I came to visit my father-in-law during the summer party and it was a great experience, the food was lovely, all the staff were very attentive and supportive. I was really impressed with Windsor Court and surprised with the welcoming fun atmosphere. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Right from the beginning (May 2023) I have found the team here to be very friendly and polite. They are all very professional and extremely competent. It's pretty well the same team as we had a year ago. This is not only good for Mum but also says a lot about the care and the high level of staff retention they have.

She had a busy social time. Made some friends. She said to me if I have to stay here again I don't mind. Love her and the team.

I joined my mother for lunch which was fish fingers and chips, which was tasty and nicely presented. Mum had the roast turkey and potatoes and said (as she always does) that the meat was tasty and tender. The atmosphere is always cheerful and bright in the dining room.
