I am very satisfied with the service provided for my son who suffered from frontal-temporal dementia which slowly robbed him of his ability to speak and eventually was fully dependant on the caring staff for all aspects of everyday life.

Staff were very caring and patient with my son and helpful to me and my wife by keeping us informed. The nurses were also exceptional in their care and in keeping us informed of every aspect of care and treatments.

Made all family welcome and managed to get. My dad settled and looked after. Thank you to all. Really good relationship with staff.

My brother John has been at Neu Living in Sheffield for 3 months. John has been made very welcome by all the staff at the home and settled in quickly. I have been delighted at the way everyone has engaged with John and encouraged him to settle into his new routines and the quality of care and attention he has been given. The staff are very attentive to his needs and moods, they have all been very kind and encouraged John to engage with the activities the home provide and also allowed his personality to shine again. The food and accommodation are all good. Very satisfied overall.

It is hard to believe you have gone out of our lives and we no longer make our weekly visits to Mum. It is a huge gap. I know we have said this many times but we can't thank you enough for all the care you gave to Mum. It gave us such peace of mind and we are very grateful. Abida, Rita & Helen were stars in managing and caring for mum all these years. Most of all Bose, we trusted you from the beginning and you never let us down. You turned Woodhill Lodge into a happier, more confident and peaceful place. Your team are exceptional, keep up the good work.

There are facilities daily if family member chooses to take part. We highly recommend.

Everyone here at Wood Hill Lodge are very polite, helpful and seem to genuinely Care about the residents welfare. Alison on reception is always there with a warm friendly welcome. Loddi on H1 is so caring.

My dad became a resident here recently and the staff and home have been amazing. The receptionist who greets us is very welcoming and always up for a chat. My dad seems happy and content.

The building is clean, spacious and hygienic. The managers, carers and other staff members are polite, helpful and welcoming. Overall, it is a wonderful care home and exceeds expectations.

All the staff knew how to handle and care for my partner how to give his medication they all treated him as a 57 year old person they had patience and they cared.

My aunt is a resident at this care home and I cannot praise the care and support she receives enough. Each member of staff has been so kind and attentive towards her and it's clear that they genuinely care about the residents and their wellbeing. I'd like to acknowledge everyone who plays a part in making the home such a welcoming place, including Michelle, the manager, and the whole team supporting her. It is incredibly reassuring to know that my aunt is in such dedicated hands. My family really appreciates everything the team does for her and all the other residents.

I really enjoy that it is a clean, calm place for my Grandmother to stay/live in. We are all extremely happy that my grandmother enjoys living here.

The response for our sisters towards her carer is very positive and the staff make visitors welcome.

I wouldnt wish for anyone else to look after my Grandad , always make us feel welcome , nothing is ever too much trouble for them .

My mother in law is in here , This place is outstanding, The care they give her is amazing, its cleanliness is very good , she is treated like family and feels very safe and happy , so pleased we have her in a place like this , staff are amazing!!!!!

My mum has been a resident at Wood Hill Lodge for 4 years. She has alzheimers & complex behaviours. Over this period I have seen an overall improvement in standards, care & support, excellent staff. They have all worked tirelessly to make my mum as happy, healthy & secure as possible even at times going above & beyond even through shortage of carers, staff. Well done and Thank you for your ongoing support for my mum.
