This was a turning point. She immediately began to return to her old self due to constant care and attention.
Mum began to take an interest in things, though she was always a private person. With help her appearance and personality blossomed. She really loved the food and her room which looked onto the garden. Cheerful company of the nurses and staff did so much to make her enjoy life again. Thanks to Park View and everyone who looked after mum. She was very happy there and gave she and I some peace of mind.

All the staff, including the nurses, those who bring him his meals and the electrician who checked his electric fan that we provided from home, all led by the very able customer relations manager, have been smiley, friendly, reassuring and prompt at responding to his requests. All our emails have been responded to comprehensively and quickly. We have had a couple of useful calls from the nurses to bring us up to speed with things, which was reassuring and helpful.

The staff work so hard, to ensure residents are well cared for, it cannot be easy if everyone calls at once, but they always arrive with a smile and nothing is too much bother.

Even after my mother passed, the customer relations manager and deputy home manager went out of their way to help the family with much emotional support. One may not realise it until afterwards, but the time, help and attention we received form all the staff at the Home was a substantial support during the time the family needed it the most. This is something more lies outside a 'business plan', it is humanity, friendship and the essence of 'care'.
