Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful review. We're delighted to know that your Wife had a very positive experience with us, and how our Team's dedication, freshly prepared meals, and the range of services made a meaningful difference during her stay.We appreciate your kind comparison to "BMW-level-care"-we offer exactly that standard of comfort, attention, and professionalism in everything we do. Your feedback about our quality food and enthusiasm of our staff is incredibly encouraging, this will be shared with the whole team. We are also grateful for your constructive comments, taking note about the contract regarding 14 day/13 night structure, we will review this as it can be misinterpreted. At Gt. Shelford, the constant
Even after my mother passed, the customer relations manager and deputy home manager went out of their way to help the family with much emotional support. One may not realise it until afterwards, but the time, help and attention we received form all the staff at the Home was a substantial support during the time the family needed it the most. This is something more lies outside a 'business plan', it is humanity, friendship and the essence of 'care'.
