Butterfly lodge has been amazing for my mother. She has been so well supported and cared for. They have always found that extra little bit of time for her when she has needed it, and are always more than happy to go the extra mile. The staff always greet with a smile and are always very welcoming.

Both my mum & mother-in-law are now residents at Butterfly Lodge. The care they have received has been brilliant & they have both improved both physically and mentally since being there. My mum, although her memory is very limited nowadays, is happy which was not the case when she first moved there. I would recommend Butterfly Lodge 100% and can't give all the staff enough praise for all their hard work and care they give to the residents.

Dad moved to Deer Park in March following a short period of respite there. He has settled really well. The staff have all been very friendly and welcoming both to him and to us when we visit. They seem to really know the residents. Dad has received excellent care and really eats well - a great indication considering his appetite had been waning when he was at home. It is a lovely environment - Dad particularly likes the conservatory! Activities appear to be great. Shortly after Dad's arrival it was his 80th birthday. We had a small family party in one of the rooms at Deer Park and were provided with lovely food and a fantastic cake! Dad has a lovely, large, light room and seems to enjoy spending time there.

Christine was looked after with compassion during the 4 months she resided at Deer Park. She had many medical needs during this time and they were dealt with competently. I was regularly contacted, particularly after she had some falls. During her final days we were kept up to date with her condition and she was kept as comfortable as possible during that time. Thanks to all staff for your care and compassion.

The staff at this carehome are excellent. They are really caring with the residents and very friendly with relatives that are visiting. It is also spotless. They have a great activity team to keep the residents active and happy. Overall very happy with everything.

I can't thank Butterfly Lodge staff enough for the love and care they have shown my nan - it gives our family real peace of mind knowing she is safe, happy, and respected.

My father in law was resident at Butterfly Lodge. He was wonderfully cared for. The staff are amazing and the home is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Food is super and lots of great activities.

My mum has been a resident for over 12 months, and is looked after so good we are very happy with the excellent care and attention she receives.this home is like a home to home very warm & friendly.the staff and management are first class.

A beautiful home all round. I can't fault the service they provide, my grandad is well looked after and he's happy. They do so many different activities so it's not just care they do they bring joy and happiness and love. There is never any concern about my grandads care, he is safe and happy and definitely at home at butterfly lodge

Butterfly Lodge thank you so much for looking after our dad. We no he is in good hands. The manager and staff go above there needs your kindness and attention mean't the world to us, and what we see with all the another resterdance is fantastic.

My sister-in-law came to Butterfly Lodge April last year from a Care Home due to many falls and has been so well cared for since arriving. She has 24/7 nursing care which is outstanding, her carers have/are the best you could wish for and ALL the staff from from management to the rest of the wonderful crew can't be faulted. Would highly recommend this lovely Home to anyone looking to have a family member who needs nursing care.

all staff are very caring and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and feel safe and they're needs are met a better place would be very hard to find a beautiful place to be
