Our Activities Team is a key part of our residents care - that's why we are going to expand it to 4 !Your Mum did come to us previously for Short Term Stays and this meant that when the time came her admission was far easier for her, having existing positive relationships with our staff.

Thank you for your review.Losing a parent is always a difficult time. Your father was only with us for 10 days but I know you visited him on most of them. Unfortunately on one occasion we did not meet our own high standards. Staff had offered him care twice, but he declined. I spoke to them at the time to guide them going forward.I am pleased that we did achieve our normal high standards for the rest of his stay and his passing.
