All the staff at the Beechwood Care Home are very approachable, welcoming, polite and supportive. I have always seen a hands on approach with all staff busy looking after and caring for the residents when I visit. My mother is always happy when a staff member talks to her and helps her. The staff are caring and encouraging, whether during feeding, or generally caring for her. I'm so impressed with how knowledgeable the staff are about my mother. There is a clear understanding of her needs and a structured approach in making her as comfortable as is possible. I completely trust the wonderful team who are looking after my mother.
My husband stayed for 2 weeks respite care. He was shown into a warm, spacious & comfortable room, it was quiet with a nice view from window. He had a T.V and flowers in room. My husband required incontinence pad, which they did not have a supply of; they are not officially a nursing care home....
