In this role, she leads by example and works closely with her fellow managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Shirley thrives on challenges and enjoys taking on new projects. Her leadership skills have greatly contributed to the success of the home and its staff team.
Maggie has worked in the care industry for 15 years, beginning her career at Bullsmoor Lodge. She progressed from Care Assistant to Senior, and since 2017, has held the role of Care Coordinator, working closely with the Manager. Maggie holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as a Level 5 qualification as a Health Care Practitioner. Although qualified in Phlebotomy, she chose to remain in the care sector, driven by her passion for making a positive difference in residents' lives. Maggie is dedicated to providing excellent care and enhancing the well-being of those she serves.
