Davids House is a purpose-built home offering residential and residential dementia care located in a quiet residential area of Harrow with public transport, London Underground and national rail stations close by.

Davids House has looked after my dear friend for over six years with loving care, seeing her through COVID, recovering from a fractured hip, advanced dementia and palliative care. Many of the staff have worked there for years, which provides a reassuring consistency of care. The rooms are small but
comfortable and homely. The small, tidy gardens are currently being improved and replaced. The home and the residents' clothing are kept scrupulously clean. As a visitor, I have always been greeted with warmth and respect by the staff. Thank you, Davids House.

The staff at Davids House organised a wonderful 100th birthday for our mum. They really went out of their way to make it a lovely day for her, and for our family. They set aside a space for us and decorated it beautifully, and provided a delicious cake and lots of food. We were very touched by the
effort everyone put in. We are so glad that we chose Davids House for our mum's care.

From the first contact, the staff at Davids House have been wonderful. They put people first and it is never too much trouble to listen and try to find a solution for a particular problem. As a family, we felt totally welcome on every occasion when we visited. They looked after my mum with compassion,
humour and great care and attention.

My sister has been in Davids House since 02/09/2024. She suffers from Alzheimer's. Since she has been here I have noticed a big difference in her, she talks a lot more, enjoys interacting with the staff and enjoys the activities. The management and cares are really kind accommodating and very helpful.
I am really glad she is happy.

We chose Davids House on the recommendation of a friend and our experience to date has been really positive. Mum-in-law moved in just over a week ago and seems to have settled in very well. All the staff we have met so far from management to other staff have been so welcoming and kind to us. More importantly,
we have seen how caring all the staff are to the residents themselves treating them with kindness, dignity and patience. The home is clean and comfortable, on a quiet road and surrounded by pretty gardens which are a lovely bonus for residents and visitors. The activities program is good and mum-in-law has already been taken out on a trip which she enjoyed a lot.

David House is a brilliant care home. My mother-in-law has been a resident for some time now and is very well cared for. The staff are friendly and polite and it feels almost like a family home. The management are very good too and are interested in being involved in the care of their residents. We
always drive away knowing our relative is in the best place she could be given her health situation.

This is a lovely place. Small with caring professional staff who know the residents and treat them with sensitivity and consideration. There is also an attractive garden which is lovingly cared for.

Mum was bedridden from January 2024. The staff were wonderful in their care of Mum. They had to do everything for her when we visited, she was always freshly washed and dressed. They would spend time talking to us about Mum and let us know how she had been. Mum was also treated with dignity and respect
at all times. We couldn't thank the staff enough for all that they did for her and us.

Unfortunately, my mother's health deteriorated in March/April this year. We have always been completely satisfied with the care our mum receives from all the staff at Davids House and cannot thank them enough. During her last days, she was given exceptional care and compassion. When a loved one is in
care you have peace of mind and that's what Davids House gave us over the time she spent there.

Initially, my Brother was very hesitant to come but eventually, he realised he needed care. We believe he was well cared for. He was always well-dressed and presentable when we visited. He enjoyed the food and found it nourishing. He found the staff very compassionate and caring We would recommend David
House as a caring, loving, and all-encompassing wonderful place for those who require long-term care.

I visit the resident regularly and have found the staff to be caring and helpful. They are welcoming to visitors. I cannot comment on areas such as rooms, food and drink and security, but have assumed they are satisfactory.

Mum has been at Davids House for some time now, and her dementia has steadily gotten worse. The staff here are so caring and attentive. It doesn't matter what time of day I arrive, Mum is always dressed, clean and well-looked after. If I phone first and ask to take her out, they make sure she is ready.
The continuity of staff and the size of the home makes it very personal and perfect for Mum's needs.

My husband came to David's House for respite care. He settled in well and so I was able to go on holiday for one week and knew that he was being well looked after, not only physically but also mentally. The home is welcoming, it's clean, well decorated and his room is comfortable. The garden enables
a walk or a sit down under shade of the trees. He has stayed for in 6/52 total. All the staff, from the managers, senior nurses, carers, cleaners, catering staff and activity organisers are professional, caring and take time to listen and answer any questions.

Mum moved into Davids house in May and is already very settled and happy after some initial reluctance. The Staff are helpful and attentive and do all they can to keep Mum comfortable. Mum enjoys the many activities and is helped to join in if she needs it because she is registered blind.

We have visited our friend several times during the last 10 months, each time we have been made welcome and enjoyed our visits. I've noticed that Davids House staff have treated the residents with dignity and empathy. Davids House is always spotlessly clean and is a pleasure to visit.
