The staff's efficiency has been remarkably consistent and I have found them unfailingly concerned with the detail of my stepmother's care. The food, my stepmother assures me, is very good, which I can well believe as I am convinced that a nourishing diet has played a significant part in the marked improvement in my stepmother's overall health. I have observed assistance and service delivered by engaged staff to all residents with kindness, patience, sensitivity and good humour (and to their relatives too - thank you!).
I have also noticed the staff spend time with residents and I have been pleased to see there are a number of organised activities including river trip and various animal visits. Anywhere that actually allows a pony to come onto the premises most definitely gets my vote!
