Lawnfield House is a purpose-built, 41 bedded care home in Willesden, northwest London providing residential dementia care in a specially designed, safe, homely environment.

Residents enjoy a varied, optional activity programme that enables them to explore their interests while discovering new ones. A specially trained music therapist interacts with residents living with dementia through group or one-to-one sessions. This is proven to alleviate the symptoms of isolation experienced by many people living with dementia.

Secure, landscaped gardens give residents the option to put their gardening skills to good use or simply relax and enjoy being outdoors.

The team at Lawnfield House pride themselves on providing a personalised environment and ensures that residents and their families are at the centre of everything as are its core values of dignity and respect. The dedicated Chaplain provides pastoral support for both residents and their families.

All care is tailored towards personal needs, regularly updated with the help of skilled professionals, such as GPs and therapists, with loved ones regularly consulted on developments.

Excellent care.
Staff are friendly. I have been to many care homes but have never felt so at home.
