Pooja Patel joined Manor Lodge Care Home in 2021 as a Care Worker and progressed to Senior Care Worker in 2023. She is a dedicated and supportive senior care worker who is always willing to help her colleagues, offering guidance, reassurance, and a calm presence during busy shifts.
