Hi M G,Thank you so much for your review. We loved looking after dad and he was always looked upon as a dad to all the staff. He loved them and they loved him. We always go the extra mile to make one's stay at The Meadows enjoyable, pleasant and appreciative. It is so sad that he is no longer with us and we so deeply miss his presence in the lounge and dining room.We love a positive review and we will endeavour to continue to make improvement in all domains as we need to be known as the best care facility in the Borough of Ealing. Thank you once again. We look forward to seeing you whenever you are passing by for a cup of tea.
Hi, This review is so wonderful and gratifying. The Team appreciates your comments and we will strive to do even better as time goes past. Our aim is to be the best in the Bo. of Ealing and champion the care of the Elderly and those suffering from Dementia with the respect they deserve. It was a privilege to have looked after your mum and we hope to do even better when she returns to us, hopefully not in the distant future. Thank you again.
Many thanks for your review. It means a lot to us to receive positive feedback as it inspire the entire team to thrieve to do even better.Kind RegardsIan
Thank you, B. Your comments are most welcomed and appreciated.
Hi Daljit, many thanks for the review. It means a lot to the entire team to know that you always feel welcomed and that your aunt is happy to be in our company. We strive to do the best for everyone in our care facilities and always look at improving our care and treatment. Many thanks.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. All the staff are inspired by the positive feedback you have given us. We will always endeavor to do our best for all the residents and appreciate your continuous support. Rest assured that we will never drop our standards. Many thanks again.
Hi Andrew. Thank you for your review. I am very disappointed that you have chosen to give us 4 stars for some of the areas where we are renowned for being perfect. Your feedback does not reflect the report you have written on the home, and the positive elements and level of satisfaction you have shared with the staff. I believe you thought it would not be right to award us top marks in all areas when we strive day and night to make sure that the home is always presented so perfectly for everyone, especially the residents. I don't think it reflects the high standard we operate on, but I have to respect your views. Thank you.
Hi Jim, It was indeed a pleasure to have looked after your sister, whom all the staff and I were all so fond of despite the complexity of her illness. It is very gratifying to read of the genuine impression we had created on you, your partner and of course your late sister. She is sadly missed and will remain in our hearts and prayers forever. May she rest in peace. I can assure you that all the staff are so chuffed to read your comments which we will use to continue to improve our services to the residents. Each time I go to the Ealing Hospital, I think of your sister and the discussions I used to have with the consultants in advocating for your sister's health and welfare. I am sure she is at peace now and I wish to thank you on her behalf for always being there for her. God bless.
I am really sorry to see your comments and the underscoring you have given to some of the domains of operation. Obviously, the management team takes seriously everything you have said, for which reason we called an impromptu meeting this morning to discuss your ratings and lessons learnt. I understand the manager equally spoke to you personally yesterday to acknowledge your comments, and in the next few days, you will be invited to a meeting to make sure that communication between you and the administration is heightened to the level experienced by all the other relatives. One area to consider is for you to visit and meet the administrative team during the working hours of Monday to Friday but all the same, I am assured that after medical reviews are carried out, updates are usually given to your brother, who visits during the weekdays. We will of course assess the need to make electronic communication available to all family members, especially to those unable to visit frequently.
Thank you for your kind review. It is indeed much appreciated. Kind Regards.
It is so gratifying to read your review. As usual we are honoured to look after your mum and your review is so inspiring to the staff. They use reviews to not only maintain the high standard we operate under but look for any minute areas where they could improve their performance. Once again many thanks. Ian

Hi Samantha,

It is always a pleasure to look after Mom and we will continue to review and implement measures to make sure that she is safe, her needs are met and that she is happy and contented in this environment. Thank you once again for providing such a positive response all the way from the USA.

Many thanks. It was nice to have you at our party. It was the first party we have been able to celebrate the festive season with the families since Covid struck the country. Yes, it went with a bang and everyone had a wonderful time. Merry Christmas to you and all members of your family and thank you for the review.
Thank you, Amelia. Always nice to read about people's satisfaction with the home. A pleasure to serve everyone in the home. Very soon, the improvement made to the environment of the home will further drive standards higher and higher.
