He's finally put on weight, he's walking well and going out with the staff regularly and engages in conversation when we visit. I was worried that we as a family would never ever see this side of him again and yet this home has given him a new lease of life. All of the staff and especially the management team are so kind and helpful. They're always ready to help and you can tell that they do this because they love it. The residents needs are always first and they treat the residents like family
Thank you very much for your review. It is much appreciated by all the staff. With Kind Regards.
Mam has resided at The Meadows for several years now and we love watching her bond with fellow residents, she migrated to London in the fifties from Limerick, and many in the home have similar backgrounds. I have lost count of how many times The Meadows' team have gone the extra mile for mam, it is such a relief to know that her golden years are spent in the finest caring hands.
Many thanks Kieran. I am so glad that your brothers and sisters are so happy with your mum being in here. Many thanks for the review. Glad to help as ever.
Thank you, Simon, for the positive feedback. I am happy to serve the community as best as we could. Thanks again.
Many thanks Sandra. It's nice to read your positive feedback. Hope mum's health improves. It is always a pleasure for us to hear how mum is doing. Kind Regards Ian
Thank you for your positive feedback and review. We can assure you that we will continue to maintain the standard we have set and maintain the reputation of the Home. Thank you once again.
Many thanks, Tessa. Glad to read such positive observation about the Home. Mum is indeed very happy to be among such a caring crowd. Thanks again.
Many thanks for your review. We are constantly looking at activities, and it's an area which comes with different beliefs. Some would argue that residents should not have to engage or be troubled with joining in activities at this late stage in life, others would say that they are tired and require rest and tender, loving care or watch TV, and others would argue that they must have their days filled with activities. I can assure you that we would continue to improve the services to the benefit of every person with an interest in the Home and its residents at large. Currently, residents are given choice over in-house activities and/or outings to the local shops, regardless of whether they are independently mobile or require assistance with aids like wheelchairs, zimmer frames or walking sticks. Thank you for your suggestion.
Many thanks, Tony. Glad to read the positive feedback you have given us. Aunty is dearly missed as she was the light and soul of activities. Trust you are ok. Many thanks. Ian
Many thanks Neil. Much appreciated. Glad to hear that our efforts are valued.
Thank you, Elaine. I don't have to tell you how we enjoyed looking after your auntie. She was very special to the carers and we had a special bond. I enjoyed visiting and feeding her when she was in hospital. Her face always lit up when she saw me. We miss her dearly.
Glad to read your positive comments and feedback. Much appreciated.
