Sancroft Hall is a residential home for older people and specialises in providing care for those living with dementia.

The home has a range of accommodation all with en-suite facilities and 24hour support offering spacious interiors, landscaped gardens and its own sun lounge.

The home also provides a variety of home-cooked meals from its main and vegetarian kitchens.

There are extensive landscaped gardens, a hairdressing salon and a small shop run by residents’.

Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.

The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.

The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.

Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.

Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.

The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

My mum has been a resident for nearly a year and had her first Xmas at Sancroft. She really enjoyed the activities that were put on.
The staff were especially helpful in organising a dedicated room for us to have a Xmas celebration with my mum. Very grateful.

Sancroft Hall is a care home that focuses on providing elderly residents with residential/dementia care. There is a dedicated area for Asian residents with an Asian Vegetarian Kitchen. My mother has been at Sancroft Hall now for 3 months, and she has now settled in, and is happy there. The care home
is well managed and the staff are professional, courteous, and friendly. The residents are well looked after and treated with care and dignity with daily activities for them to partake in. The rooms are clean and of a good size, the common areas and grounds are clean and organised. What makes Sancroft Hall stand out is the level of care and dedication the staff have towards the residents. You simply do not see this in other care homes in Harrow/Brent. Well done to all the team.

Arranging to visit our neighbour was a simple phone call to Sancroft Care Home. As we were five of us visiting, very kindly, a side room was given to us on the ground floor with adequate chairs for all of us. Our neighbour was brought down in her wheelchair so we could chat with her until her lunch
break. The home was clean and organised and everyone was friendly and amicable. Even the manager took the time to inform us of the home's facilities. Surrounding grounds are kept and maintained - I would highly recommend this home.

Sancroft is a wonderful care home - the staff are very caring towards the residents.
Sancroft has many activities for residents and is always looking to do as much as they can to uplift residents. Sancroft has wonderful celebration parties for residents and visitors - these are such a wonderful experience
for all (Sancroft go above and beyond to make their residents happy).
Residents are very well looked after here.
A very clean and organised care home.
I would highly recommend Sancroft.

My mother is extremely happy. The care home provides excellent overall service. The food, especially Asian, is well-balanced and offers variety. The staff are always helpful and polite.

The visit was arranged in a sitting room. It was a very good environment. The staff were friendly, and our friend who we were visiting was very comfortable and very happy with her help there. Our friend wanted to visit our centre for the senior programme, and the management was very accommodating

My mother has been in this care home since September 2022, and I am more than happy with her care. Everyone is always there to help and deals with kindness and warmth with the residents.
Plenty of parking is a great plus and gardens at the back help too.

We were fortunate to have found Sancroft Community Care for our mum four years ago, who had dementia and other ailments. Doctors gave her only six months to live due to her medical conditions. It was due to the tender, loving care and affection given to her by the Care Centre workers that our mother
lived for four more years.
We wish to thank each and every staff member at Sancroft for their support and for being there for our family. A special thanks to the staff of house 6A for going above and beyond their call of duty to have cared for our mother and kept her in comfort throughout her stay there.

The day we received a call from my father's social worker to say he will be moved to a new care home, Sancroft, I must say that the family was very nervous due to the fact we had a stressful last few months at another care home. But the moment we stepped into Sancroft, all that changed! Sancroft is

My father was moved to Sancroft care home on 5th January 23 after a horrible three months spent in a different care home in the area! I would like to express my gratitude for all the care and kindness provided to my father since his move there. Great service and positive experience. The staff are very
friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager is outstanding - very professional, most approachable, and always on hand to listen to the resident/family requests. Other care home managers need to take note on how a carehome should be run! We are most thankful, and we can see how caring and passionate you are through your management. I visited Sancroft on many occasions to visit my aunt. She spent four very happy years there. Whilst dementia is a cruel disease, all the carers treated her with dignity, respect, patience and compassion that she fully deserved. The other residents were delightful too, and you can tell it is a warm
and friendly home from the moment you walk in. My dad was in a care home before his passing, and I can assure you it was nowhere near the same. I will miss visiting Sancroft Hall.

Sancroft is amazing. The staff and the people are so overwhelming and very friendly and approachable. My father-in-law is happy to be there and feels at home too. Thanks. The activities they do are amazing; he often talks about them, and it helps him get engaged.
