Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.
The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.
The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.
Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.
Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.
The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

My mother has been in this care home since September 2022, and I am more than happy with her care. Everyone is always there to help and deals with kindness and warmth with the residents.
Plenty of parking is a great plus and gardens at the back help too.

We were fortunate to have found Sancroft Community Care for our mum four years ago, who had dementia and other ailments. Doctors gave her only six months to live due to her medical conditions. It was due to the tender, loving care and affection given to her by the Care Centre workers that our mother lived for four more years.
We wish to thank each and every staff member at Sancroft for their support and for being there for our family. A special thanks to the staff of house 6A for going above and beyond their call of duty to have cared for our mother and kept her in comfort throughout her stay there.

I would like to express my gratitude for all the care and kindness provided to my father since his move there. Great service and positive experience. The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager is outstanding - very professional, most approachable, and always on hand to listen to the resident/family requests. Other care home managers need to take note on how a carehome should be run! We are most thankful, and we can see how caring and passionate you are through your management. I would definitely recommend Sancroft to care home seekers.

I visited Sancroft on many occasions to visit my aunt. She spent four very happy years there. Whilst dementia is a cruel disease, all the carers treated her with dignity, respect, patience and compassion that she fully deserved. The other residents were delightful too, and you can tell it is a warm and friendly home from the moment you walk in. My dad was in a care home before his passing, and I can assure you it was nowhere near the same. I will miss visiting Sancroft Hall.

Thank you to the manager; from arrival, you managed my father-in-law so well; he was overwhelmed by your kindness, and as a family, we were reassured by your professional manner and ability to put everyone at ease at a challenging time for us. The facilities were so clean, pleasant and well-maintained. My father-in-law's room was spacious, clean and looked after so well.
