Sancroft Hall is a residential home for older people and specialises in providing care for those living with dementia.

The home has a range of accommodation all with en-suite facilities and 24hour support offering spacious interiors, landscaped gardens and its own sun lounge.

The home also provides a variety of home-cooked meals from its main and vegetarian kitchens.

There are extensive landscaped gardens, a hairdressing salon and a small shop run by residents’.

Sancroft Hall's exceptional care team ensures that residents receive excellent levels of care within a homely and welcoming environment.

The primary aim is to create a home for older people who can no longer manage in their own homes. Staff want all residents to live as they would wish to and support this by respecting their individuality, independence and personal dignity.

The home is registered for sixty-two service users, within six groups all with own lounge and dining areas; with three residential groups specifically set up for Asian Elders.

Situated within Harrow and at the heart of the local community, Sandcroft Hall welcome visitors to experience the warm and friendly atmosphere. The home encourages the residents to go out and about in the community with family and friends and to engage in those activities that they enjoy.

Alternatively, residents can invite friends and family into the home for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee or join in the many activities offered within the home or out and about in the community.

The home manager has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care and is supported by a highly trained care staff team who support residents to the very highest standards.

I visited Sancroft on many occasions to visit my aunt. She spent four very happy years there. Whilst dementia is a cruel disease, all the carers treated her with dignity, respect, patience and compassion that she fully deserved. The other residents were delightful too, and you can tell it is a warm
and friendly home from the moment you walk in. My dad was in a care home before his passing, and I can assure you it was nowhere near the same. I will miss visiting Sancroft Hall.

Sancroft is amazing. The staff and the people are so overwhelming and very friendly and approachable. My father-in-law is happy to be there and feels at home too. Thanks. The activities they do are amazing; he often talks about them, and it helps him get engaged.

Thank you to the manager; from arrival, you managed my father-in-law so well; he was overwhelmed by your kindness, and as a family, we were reassured by
your professional manner and ability to put everyone at ease at a challenging time for us. The facilities were so clean, pleasant and well-maintained. My father-in-law's room was spacious, clean and looked after so well. I met my granny after many, many years and came all the way from India. I was so, so happy to see her content, and the purpose of life in her is still so high. Great! This is a home, not just a care house. The relatives among the caretakers are all grannies and grandfathers are so, so good. If you want

I have been many times. Our mum is always so happy. It's a breath of fresh air to see that she is cared for so well. She is so happy and well cared for. Today we are here with family to celebrate the wedding of her son. Sancroft laid on an amazing room and dressed her for the occasion. This is an outstanding

This home is outstanding. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and caring. Daily activities, including exercise to sustain body and mind. The food is also really good - so important to have these pleasures in our twilight years. Constant refurbishments testify to the continual improvement, and now there's
WIFI. Communication with family who live far away has no limits. Bravo, Sancroft!

Reception very friendly and efficient. Management seemed very responsive when any questions were asked. The activities were well planned and seemed to be tailored to suit a majority of residents. When help was needed in any emergency, it seemed the staff were very professional in their care.

Was placed here by social service while my flat was cleared up and made safe. Made welcome and comfy from the start. Very capable and caring staff, day and night. Very good facilities, food and great security. For a relative, you could not choose any better place.

The home was highly recommended to me and my dad stayed here for a week as I had to attend a wedding. I met with Dorothea - the manager - who made me feel at ease and she reassured me that my dad will be well looked after, she showed me around the room, lounge area and emphasised that all residents
need to partake in the activities throughout the day. She had a very positive outlook and asked if my dad had any issues that he needed help with. And these were carried out by the staff members - who have been great in looking after him . Very impressed with the service and care given.

Very good, and all the employees very helpful, also all the facilities are very good for the residents.
My mum was there for the last three and half years, and we never had any problems.
I would recommend to anybody the Sancroft care home.

My mum was a dementia resident at Sancroft from December 2020 until May 2022. I can honestly say that the care she received was fantastic. The manager is very approachable. Her staff are very hardworking and take pride in caring for all the residents - many doing extra shifts to cover staff sickness.
I am very grateful to all those that were involved in caring for her. I was also treated extremely well, making me feel I was part of the Sancroft family.

I cannot express how lucky I am that Mum was offered to get a place at Sancroft... she has been there since April 2021. The staff are wonderful and so caring. My mum is so happy there, and this is definitely due to the fantastic care she gets. My own elderly neighbour is moving to Sancroft today on
my recommendation of how wonderful this home really is.

My mum likes staying at Sancraft Community Care home as they treat her well. My mum is a Parkinson’s patient, who often loses balance, but the staff here offer a caring, friendly service for my mum. I thank all the staff who work every day with my mum.
