Lovely staff. My mum is very happy. The care is first-class, can't say enough good things about Sancroft. Very happy with everything.

I have always said that I think the atmosphere and care are excellent, and the care assistants really look after the overall well-being of the residents - not just health but happiness.

Reception very friendly and efficient. Management seemed very responsive when any questions were asked. The activities were well planned and seemed to be tailored to suit a majority of residents. When help was needed in any emergency, it seemed the staff were very professional in their care.

Was placed here by social service while my flat was cleared up and made safe. Made welcome and comfy from the start. Very capable and caring staff, day and night. Very good facilities, food and great security. For a relative, you could not choose any better place.

The home was highly recommended to me and my dad stayed here for a week as I had to attend a wedding. I met with Dorothea - the manager - who made me feel at ease and she reassured me that my dad will be well looked after, she showed me around the room, lounge area and emphasised that all residents need to partake in the activities throughout the day. She had a very positive outlook and asked if my dad had any issues that he needed help with. And these were carried out by the staff members - who have been great in looking after him . Very impressed with the service and care given.

I would recommend to anybody the Sancroft care home.

My mum was a dementia resident at Sancroft from December 2020 until May 2022. I can honestly say that the care she received was fantastic. The manager is very approachable. Her staff are very hardworking and take pride in caring for all the residents - many doing extra shifts to cover staff sickness. I am very grateful to all those that were involved in caring for her. I was also treated extremely well, making me feel I was part of the Sancroft family.

I cannot express how lucky I am that Mum was offered to get a place at Sancroft... she has been there since April 2021. The staff are wonderful and so caring. My mum is so happy there, and this is definitely due to the fantastic care she gets. My own elderly neighbour is moving to Sancroft today on my recommendation of how wonderful this home really is.

My mum likes staying at Sancraft Community Care home as they treat her well. My mum is a Parkinson’s patient, who often loses balance, but the staff here offer a caring, friendly service for my mum. I thank all the staff who work every day with my mum.

My grandma moved to Sancroft in November as it had become very difficult for her to cope at home because of her Alzheimer's. Now, every day, I know she is being cared for by the fantastic staff and that she is safe and happy. The staff are so kind and do everything to help her when she is having a difficult time. She is also enjoying many of the activities that take place. My grandma is very special to me, and now she is special to lots of other people too, which is the best.

We used the respite service for my mother-in-law; she had a very nice two days of care. Sancroft care home provides good care and wonderful activity. It's a nice, safe place for our elderly family members. Definitely recommend it.

She will be 88 this year, and will happily return for hopefully many future respite stays in the future.

I can hardly put into words how amazing Sancroft has been, and we are all so grateful for everything they do to make the residents happy. They always go the extra mile!

Everybody made her very welcome and looks after. The highest standards, it's a very hygiene place. Excellent food.

Sancroft has treated my mother-in-law so well for nearly 3-years now. Sadly she has to move on to a nursing home as her needs have increased dramatically. The manager has been so kind and thoughtful throughout. All the staff have been caring and have made her time at Sancroft the best they could. She has been calm and content while there. Thank you for all your hard work.

My great aunt was at Sancroft for many years and was well looked after by the staff, who treated her like a friend. She enjoyed chatting with them, and they were so kind in taking her to church, shopping, etc. Sadly she passed away just before Xmas. The staff were kind and understanding, even attending the funeral. I am more than happy to recommend Sancroft Hall.

My lovely aunt with dementia has been with Sancroft Care Home for the past three years, and without any doubt, I highly recommend it, which is very well led by a dedicated and professional care home management team with very friendly, great caring, communication with willing staff full of joy and always providing a loving environment - going the extra mile to ensure the residents are well looked after and getting the best of the care home facilities. The care home is extremely well maintained with lovely gardens, spotless, clean, fantastic activities with year-round all sorts of religious celebrations, delicious food menus for the residents, laundry etc, name it all, the care facilities service has been a fantastic experience to date. I sincerely, truly and proudly so thankful from top to bottom of these excellent individuals, giving home to home caring service. Well done, once again, for the excellent services, and many thanks, once again, to all, especially the hardworking carers in the dementia ward. God bless you.

My mother-in-law was in a very bad condition before she came to Sancroft Hall. Her son and myself live in Austria, and through the Covid situation, it has not been possible for us at all to visit her for the past year and a half. Just before it was finally possible for visitors from Austria to travel to England, Mum fell down in her flat and was brought to the hospital. Unfortunately, there, she was infected with Covid and was isolated for a long time. When we came in September, she was still in isolation at your place, but at least we could talk to the manager, and she helped us already at this time a great deal. Now, we came again in November and could not believe how Mum has blossomed and was lively again. We are very thankful knowing that she is in a loving and caring surrounding. Thank you to the entire staff, above all, the manager.
