Rosedale has a friendly homely feel. All the staff are very approachable and caring towards the residents.
The home is clean and bright and the residents looked well cared for. Mum enjoys the food and there is always a choice on the menu. The activities coordinator is always finding new things for
the residents to try, quizzes, bingo, seasonal crafts etc. All the residents were taken out to a nursery and thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Pary and entertainment. It's reassuring to feel my mum is safe, well cared and respected.

The care home have looked after me for five months. The staff are very kind and make sure I am comfortable and always make sure I have something to drink. There is a tv in the room so I can watch programmes when in bed.

From the very first day we brought my mum, we felt really comfortable with the surroundings and initial meet with staff and management. My mum's interests were always at the forefront of their care for her. She was always treated with dignity and respect. I cannot fault any standard of care of which
was given to her.
Excellent cleanliness with her personal hygiene and bedroom. Was always kept informed with regards to any doctors/medication and wellbeing. Thank you Rosedale.

My mum has lived in this care home for more than 10 years now and considers many of the staff as her friends. The environment in the home is caring and supportive in often quite challenging circumstances. The staff create a positive atmosphere and are creative in their organisation of activities to
motivate and entertain residents as well as providing empathetic one on one input to engage and reassure all the residents.

My dad has been here now for over 2 years and he has received really good care. The staff are always helpful, jolly and courteous with both dad and the family. The home provides a really safe, warm environment and the residents are treated with respect.

My mother has been at this care home for over two years. The care support has been excellent, management and staff are very helpful. The facilities are very good and the standards are very good. Everyone here treats my mother with respect and dignity. The family is happy with the service provided.

Our mother was admitted to this care home 8 1/2 years ago and resided happily in this caring and supportive environment until her recent death (of natural causes). She suffered from dementia and multiple ailments, which could be challenging during her stay in this home. She received a wonderful standard
of care from the staff and external visitors/professionals. Mum was loved and all family members were warmly welcomed. Social events for residents and family were fabulous and there was a lovely family atmosphere amongst the staff and the residents.

Rosedale Care Home has been a wonderful place for my mother to be homed. They have improved her health and mental well-being and all the staff truly care about all the residents. The home is kept spotlessly clean and the staff throughout the building are helpful and kind. When reading the tabloid papers
you hear such terrible stories of care homes, it is refreshing to see a real quality of care in our community. I have truly found a gem of a home.

When my mother entered Rosedale she was very poorly - mentally and physically. All of the staff rallied around my mother and provided amazing care and support. My mother is now healthy, active and loves Rosedale as her home, the staff being part of her extended family.

Grandma has been a resident since early this year. When she came she was in a bad way. Staff care for her well and there is a huge improvement. The lounge has recently been decorated and is a clean/light environment. Very happy!

My wife worked in care for many years and she could not praise the care enough that my mother received at Rosedale. Whenever we went to visit there was always a warm welcome from all members of staff and mother was always well dressed and cared for, right up to her last days of life.

During the 18 months our Mother spent at Rosedale, the family were extremely pleased with the care she received. The manager and staff were extremely kind, caring and professional. We visited our mother often and were always made to feel welcome. We always found the home to be clean and the food served

Rosedale is a very welcoming home which is run by a very friendly group of people. The management and staff are caring and considerate at all times. There is a regular staffing and not a constant turnover which contributes to the smooth running to the home and the staff resident relations.

My mother has been well looked after for 8 and a half years at this home. Good continuity of staff who are well trained and handle the difficulties that accompany Alzheimer's with a smile and tremendous patience and understanding. Her surroundings are comfortable and we are kept up to date with all
the problems that occur along the way by staff and management. Everyone does a tremendous job. I am glad I chose this home.
