Clara Court

My gran is happy, relaxed and loves it here. The staff are so welcoming to any visitors. The most important thing for me is that gran feels safe and loved.

Clara Court provides my mother with the utmost care and attention. My mother is treated with dignity, respect and understanding of her condition which is severe Alzheimers and dementia. The team observe and listen to my mother's needs as well as our comments and feedback. We have built a trusting relationship between our family and the team to ensure the very best for my mother. Any questions or concerns we have are dealt with and handled immediately and we cannot fault the professionalism and duty of care from everyone involved. Thank you Clara Court for looking after my mother so well.

I am delighted with the care that my mum is getting. All staff are first class. Food is excellent and the home is wonderful and is very, very clean. Staff communicate with me about mum. We enjoy a dance in the reception with the staff and its fine.

Things are always very well arranged. I can't wait for the time when I can come here myself. We are always looked after when we visit the staff all know us and we always get a lovely welcome.

When I visited Clara Court the first time back a couple of years I ago, I knew the service provided was different to any other care home. I immediately knew I wanted my Grandma to stay there. Having Dementia is an awful illness and is difficult to leave your loved ones in care but I was reassured after visiting Clara Court and seeing the other residents well settled and looking happy. Since my Grandma has been there, she appears settled and happier in herself which gives us as the family a peace of mind and reassurance she's well cared for. She's always clean, well groomed and enjoys the meals, and is constantly participating in activities that Clara Court provide for their residents. I would like to say thank you to all the staff and the effort they took to decorate the home this Christmas, just looked amazing and really made Christmas special for not just my Grandma as a resident but also us visiting as guests too.

Everything about this place is wonderful. You can feel the love and care in the atmosphere.

My nan has been living in Clara Court for about two years. Every time I visit her she always looks clean and happy. The home always smells good. Staff appear happy they greet with a smile and nothing is ever too trouble. Management is always available and I always find them on the floor supporting which is a great thing to see. Food is good and choices are offered.

My friend has been living in Clara Court for two years and the staff are very very supportive and caring. The home is always clean and the food is very good. Could not wish for a better place.

As a friend of a resident at Clara Court I have been visiting for four years now and every single visit has made me so grateful that my friend is in the hands of the most professional and genuinely caring staff. The facilities allow residents to enjoy activities and interaction with others promoting a very friendly and almost family-like environment and I know although my friend has lost capacity to know who we are now, he remains happy cared for and loved by all the staff.

Clara Court is immaculately clean, the food and facilities are first class, I would highly recommend this care home to anyone having the unfortunate task of procuring the right environment for their loved one, whether for a short term or long term stay.

Fantastic carers, always supportive and interested. Know us all by name. Nanny is treated like a human always...lovely!

My mum is living in Clara Court, She is happy and content. She looks forward to the activities, food. The staff lovely, polite and always greet you and they know who are. The home is always clean and nothing is ever too trouble.

Each time I have visited Clara Court all the staff are always friendly. Mother has always been well looked after.

Our Mum is so settled into the Home. The facilities are excellent the Manager and all the Team look after our Mum so so well. We always are made welcome when we visit our Mum. Thank you for everything you all do. We really appreciate all the care you give our Mum.

My nan has been to Clara Court for respite, I am very impressed with the care she is receiving. Staff are very friendly and the residents look happy. There is always activities going on and choices are offered to all living in the home. The home is lovely and clean.

I have been associated with Clara Court for over a year now, firstly my wife used to come here for respite care several times a year and since June 2017 came as a permanent resident but unfortunately she passed away at the end of August 2017. Since her death, the management have invited me for lunch as and when I needed which I am very grateful for. I may add the care that was given to my wife was second to none and the staff have made me feel welcome when I come to lunch.

As mum entered Clara Court at very short notice the staff and management all helped significantly to get her settled in very quickly and were mindful of her dietary requirements following a short illness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clara Court. Thank you so much for making her visit/stay so comfortable.

I live in Wales and am limited to the time I can visit my dad. Every time we do visit the staff are extremely helpful. We are offered tea as soon as we arrive. My dad is always clean and tidy unfortunately he is unable to walk or communicate with people but this does not stop the staff talking to him and they always get a smile from him. I cannot thank the staff and management for the care they give to my dad. Thank you so very much.

My father was found a respite bed at Clara Court as my mother could no longer care for him at home. The room is spacious and bright, all the staff are professional and caring, and everyone here has helped our family far beyond expectations. We are 100% satisfied with Clara Court and it's staff.
