I have always felt welcome in Swan House. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. They are all always aware fo my mother's current situation and needs. I have marked the majority of points as good as no one is perfect and there is always the opportunity to improve in any walk of life.

I am staying at Swan House Care Home for a period of respite following surgery. My initial worries of not liking going to a care home were alleviated immediately as all of the staff have been so welcoming and have provided excellent service. The activities coordinator has kept my spirits up and all staff even down to the domestics have made me very welcome and given me plenty of time. Reassuring at a difficult time.

My mother has been a resident at Swan House since 2012, and in that time she has deteriorated due to her dementia. Whenever we visit, which is usually every 2 weeks now (it used to be more, but sadly our visits have become less because of her illness) my mother is always clean and nicely dressed....
The staff are always kind to her, and very patient. The home has improved during the past 12 months in cleanliness and tidiness, but the care has always been good, throughout the past 4 years. It is a lovely friendly home.
