Overall very satisfied but there is just one area that requires attention which has been raised and discussed. In the main, the staff are very good at keeping my mother safe and happy. The grounds are very well cared for. The increases in the fees is also always a concern.

The residents are very well looked after and all seem happy whenever or whatever they are doing. The staff always put themselves out for anyone but particularly the residents they ensure everyone is treated appropriately and with dignity.

I visited her recently in her room with the necessary PPE, and she looked so cared for, and her room was fresh and clean, it was very reassuring. I have never had any doubts about Devon Lodge.
