I am originally from Mauritius and I started my career in Social Care at Frank Foster House in 2006 as a housekeeper. I left Runwood to become a manager of some successful care homes that were rated outstanding and decided to come back as the manager.
In 2017, I won the National Dementia Care Award for Inspiring Leader and also in 2021, I received a British Citizen Award for volunteering work in the community.
I am very proud to be part of the Frank Foster House Family, and I was amazed at the incredible support I have received from my colleagues, residents, and relatives. I enjoy seeing the residents happy and well looked after, and I am proud to be able to lead the team in reaching an excellent standard of care.

i worked in both nursing and residential homes across the health and care sectors in the UK.
He started his career in health and care sector as a Care Assistant in the dementia unit of a nursing home and has worked through the ranks across several care homes including HC-One, Runwood and Sanders Senior Living Homes.

I was a carer at one of the other Runwood Homes care home since 2020 and i asked for a transfer to Frank Foster House.
As a Filipina, I love to sing and enjoy entertaining the residents, which brings me a lot of joy. What I love most about my job is making the residents happy—it truly makes my day. In my spare time, I focus on resting and recharging so I can always bring my best to work.
Building relationships with residents and their families is incredibly rewarding. I take pride in being part of a team that promotes dignity and quality of life for those we serve.
