Frank Foster House

I visited the Frank Foster care home today. I am so impressed with the gardens and the outside areas. Awash with colour and fragrance. Beautiful displays of hanging baskets and colourful garden plants. The home is immaculately kept and the feeling of tranquillity and calm greets you as you walk through the entrance door. I walked out into the communal garden area where some of the residents were enjoying the sun. It was a pleasure to see.

My mother was a resident of Frank Foster for 14 years and in all that time she was treated with utmost care and respect.

The care provided by the home was excellent. The staff couldn't do anything more for my mum. Highly recommended.

My mother has only been in the home two weeks but so far every experience has been positive in comparison to other homes. Frank Foster House is so well organised. The senior staff could not be better. I feel confident my mother is in the hands of skilled professionals.

My mother went to Frank Foster House for respite care in February 2018. I was very pleased with the care from the staff, the cleanliness of the home and the activities arranged for her.

As a relative, I also feel well informed and they have always consulted me if needed with regards to health issues.

Overall, I have been very pleased with the care and support my mum has received whilst living there for the last few years.

This is a lovely care home where the residents are treated with respect at all times. The building is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and the rooms are well decorated and appointed with flat screen Freeview tv and ensuite toilet and washbasin. The staff are friendly and welcoming and are happy to show you around without prior notice. It is on the expensive side but then again you get what you pay for. All in all a fantastic care home.

My mother has recently joined Frank Foster House and the staff have worked hard to get her to settle in her new surroundings.

Frank Foster House have looked after my father for the last 3 years. The home is extremely clean, the staff go far beyond their job description to make all the residents happy and cared for.

We will continue to support the home in any way. We have already recommended it to various people.

My mother has been a resident of the Frank Foster Home since April 2017.

It is in a beautiful setting with many bedrooms overlooking Theydon Bois Village Green.

During her time here she has only been shown the greatest kindness, care and love from all the staff.

Recent refurbishment work has further enhanced the home's environment.

I would recommend The Frank Foster Home without hesitation.

I found Frank Foster House, based on other experiences, to be an exceptional care home. The Management have an open door policy, not just a statement, but applied as part of their code of practice.

A very special atmosphere exists within Frank Foster House, complimented by the design, layout and decor.

I knew as soon as I first visited, whilst looking for residential care for my mum, that this was the 'right place'. Staff are genuinely caring and patient and put residents first (eg: ensuring they were assisted whilst we were visiting) and I felt this was important.

I would not hesitate to recommend Frank Foster House to others and cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for mum whilst she was there.

It was a very difficult time but Frank Foster House was so impressive the management and staff were fantastic, very understanding and kind. I've been so happy with this home as has my mother can't fault it.

All the staff were professional and caring and know all the residents by name. Lots of activities are organised and residents are encouraged to participate. The home has recently been completely refurbished and all rooms are first class. The staff are very attentive to anyone needing special help and nothing seems to much trouble. The manager is a very warm person and has a special bond with the staff and residents.

Home is very clean and is decorated appropriately for more mature people i.e areas to stimulate memories. Particularly liked a script on the wall in the entrance which was about family being patient with elderly family members. Management is always ready to discuss any concerns and will advise you of any of their concerns.
