When we walked in, we were made very welcome. All the staff were happy to see us.

Your dad informed us that he was very apprehensive to live in a care home because of the bad publicities he heard in the news, but when he came to us, he loves it here and wanted to stay permanently. All the staff love your dad, and he is very settled here.
