Such an overwhelming feeling of fulfilment watching your mum left for her own home. Your mum and your family is part of our family here in Lukestone, and we are truly ever grateful to have such opportunity to provide that care to your mum and be supported by you and whole family and friends. We will visit her soon and if you have a chance please come down with mum for lunch, coffee and above all on our big events. We are sorry for your loss and really appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I am sorry that there were occasions where dignity was not provided and on occasions you feel cleanliness was a concern, we will discuss this with the team in order to improve and ensure these standards are met continuously within the service.
