I cannot thank everyone at Meyer Care Home for the quality of care my Aunt is receiving. Since arriving my Aunt has blossomed. The standard of care is exceptional and the staff go above and beyond in looking after her. Having had a bad experience at another Care Home I now know my Aunt is safe and well.

having spent a lot of time in the home i can honestly say the nurses and carers are the best, they genuinely care and will do anything to help. You get to know the team as they are all regular and they don't have a high staff turnaround. During Mum's final days, the carers and nurses were incredibly compassionate and supportive towards both Mum and our family. I will always be grateful to the staff who cared for her over the past two years. They made a very difficult journey easier, and Meyer House became like a second family to us.

We was very please, with the treatment my brother received whilst in Meyer House. The Staff were always kind + very friendly.

On arrival we were met by staff member who explained procedure as it was our first visit. She showed us up to our friends room. We found the home very clean and welcoming. The decor bright and themed rooms pleasing. The food which we were also offered was delicious. We were also offered drinks by two staff. Our friend seems very well looked after. Staff all smiles + polite.

The care my brother received since he has been at Meyer House over the last 14 months has been amazing. The staff are so caring and attentive. They made him laugh and smile so much. Sadly he was diagnosed with terminal cancer in May 2026, they have been so supportive to me and our family his last two weeks he started to deteriorate and the care still remained exemplary and they was with him on his passing. Cant thank them enough

Bromley Park is a fantastic care home, and the staff do an extraorindary job of looking after their residents. My mother settled into the home quickly after several months of uncertainty. I truly believe that she is in the best hands. The staff are patient, kind and considerate, and I'm grateful to them everyday.

The care my sister receives at Meyer house is excellent. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive. It is a warm and safe environment, it gives me great peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after and cared for.

Overall the majority of staff are polite, caring, and show an interest in those they provide support to. On a negative side, there are occasions when I arrive and waiting at the door I can see care staff sitting in the lounge on their mobile phone at weekends or evenings and don't acknowledge those at the door

Always get a lovely welcome from the staff very friendly my mum loves the food in here looks really nice The place always looks clean and tidy the activities staff are really good my my enjoys taking part.

During my daily visits to the home, I was always welcomed as I arrived by the receptionist and had interaction with all the staff from the cleaner to the manager and can think of no negatives. All engaged in conversation and appeared content working there.

Mum has been very well cared for by the staff in this home. It's lovely and clean and her laundry is spotless. She has plenty of choice with her food and if there is nothing on the menu she fancy's she can choose something else. There are fun activities with friendly staff on hand and sometimes trips out. Mum has been supported during her stay as well as us, her family.

Our friend of 50 years was resident at Meyer House for 3 and a half years, bedridden all that time and cared for with love and dignity. During all our visits always fresh and clean and looking content with a rewarding smile. We think it's testimony she survived so long to the wonderful care of the staff. Dedication money can't buy.

Illness is always dealt with promptly and professionally which is comforting and they do know his little ways. To

Mum has settled in very well. She likes the staff, including the cleaners. Everyone says hello or waves to her as they pass, and she responds with a smile or a wave back. I personally cannot fault anything, and mum seems very happy in herself.

The home is in good condition and the staff are friendly, they seem to be attentive and are always about. They set out daily events, which most take an interest. Bingo, singing and special events (entertainers) the food is ok and seems to be what is wanted. It would be good to see a more varied menu, with residents being encouraged to try different things. Residents teeth condition should be taken into account.

From our initial enquiry to my dad coming to stay here everyone has been so helpful, friendly and supportive to my dad and to his family and friends. Dad is being very well cared for and everyone is very attentive to his needs. Thank you so much.

Mum was transferred to Meyer House after a period in hospital. The entire team have been brilliant, looking after Mum and importantly supporting my Dad, who had been trying to cope at home for far too long.

My father needed urgent respite and the home was extremely helpful. Within days my father was settled in a lovely room with all the care he needed. The staff are amazing, the food delicious and the home is so clean. My father really enjoyed his stay.

From day one when the resident came to live at Bromley Park Care Home, she has excelled from the poor state of life (mind and body) to what she is now. Content, happy despite a few complaints in the early days from her, I do believe this is the best place for her, and I thank management and staff for her continued care.
