I have carefully reviewed the care of your partner and am reassured from the medical notes that the appropriate care was sought as soon as symptoms began and treatment was arranged. I note your suggestion that cameras in the home may be a good idea and we are currently considering this for communal areas taking into account the opinions of residents and relatives and the guidance received from our regulators.
