I am sorry that there were occasions where dignity was not provided and on occasions you feel cleanliness was a concern, we will discuss this with the team in order to improve and ensure these standards are met continuously within the service. So pleased to hear you are happy with your mum's care. The team take lots of time to make sure the admission process is as easy as possible, we know this can be such an anxious time for everyone. The team spend a lot of time finding out what our residents like to do and trying to devise a range of activities that will appeal to everybody and they will be thrilled that you hold their efforts in such high esteem. The team also try to promote independence wherever possible, as this gives our residents a feeling of fulfilment and promotes self-esteem. It is fantastic to hear how the environment and activities at our home are helping to keep your dear Mum entertained and content. The team at the home go to great lengths to promote a homely atmosphere and to ensure residents and their relatives feel welcome and relaxed, as this is, after all, your Mum's home now. They try to encompass all our resident's favourite treats and meals within the menu planning, so each resident can be assured of getting something they like at mealtimes. We are so pleased Mum has settled well and likes living at Silverpoint Court. I was at the home today, and the dining room was buzzing with residents chatting whilst lunch was being served.
