All of the staff are amazing very caring and helpful all of the time. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is clean and very comfortable and the food is loverly .

My mum had been at this home for approximately 11 months. The care my mum has received is exceptional from all the staff. Mum's overall health has improved and I am very happy that my mum is being cared for by Princess Christian.

The Princess Christian Care Home cared for my brother for a year and a half. For the whole time he was there he was treated with total care and respect and made his last year and a half totally dignified. For this they will always have my gratitude. Not the Care Home we initially chose but forever glad we did. Thank you so much x

The Staff are lovely, caring and kind. My mum has unique needs and they adapt to her brilliantly, they can also read her moods and ajust the care to keep her as happy as possible. My uncle is very happy being waited on hand and foot and sits contentedly in front of the TV. The gardens are awesome special shout to the food, particularly cakes

My mother spent her last couple of months at the Princess Christian. She could be quite tricky, but the staff got to know her and addressed any concerns she had. They were kind to my sister and I and kept us informed of any health issues. She was always well cared for

Overall Experience

Throughout my disabled wife's stay she was treated as a person, in a dignified and fully supportive manner. Being non-verbal, the staff adapted how they communicated with her and always ensured she understood and agreed with everything. From head office to the centre managers to the carers to the cleaning staff, everybody was very welcoming from day one. I would certainly recommend them and cannot thank them enough.

My friend for whom I am Power of Attorney has been at PCCH for two years now after being previously in two other local Carehome's.
PCCH and the staff are truly exceptional and a you cannot compare on any level the quality of care compared to the previous two ( that's all have/had similar fees )
From reception to care assistant to nurses and Mgt the entire team are professional and 10/10

I've had experience with care homes for 3 other family members and again to have found PCCH Knaphill has been an true blessing

The overall experience is good. Mum is well cared for and looked after; she is happy and smiles at staff which leaves me with no concerns about her wellbeing. The nurses and carers are helpful and pleasant, they always ask if I would like a drink and provide me with updates.

What I would like more of is communication around Mums mental health and how she is progressing with her mental health rather than being told she is "fine". Knowing the progression of her dementia would help greatly when seeing her deterioration.

We are so grateful to all the staff at Princess Christian for looking after our mother with such kindness and care.

From the first day, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and, above all, kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt that our mother was brilliantly looked after by staff who really cared.

Overall Experience

When it was suggested that my husband might benefit from two weeks respite care, we were both filled with fear and misery, but we need not have worried. He received exceptional kindness, care and professionalism and the two weeks passed in a flash. Although his health has not materially improved, he has experienced a wonderful break, meeting new nurses, carers and other patients which will no doubt contribute to improved mental health for some time to come.

Princess Christian is unique not only in its impeccably high standards of care but the way everyone is cared for with dignity, respect and compassion. The management is inspirational, and the home runs like clockwork. The imagination and enthusiasm of the wellbeing team is amazing. The home is immaculate and well maintained. The food is incredible, especially for residents on modified diets. I cannot praise the nursing team enough for their high standards and values.

The home provided excellent care and always made dad feel special. He Became very unwell and the staff managed his illness really well, so much care and patience with everyone on the home.

Dad's end of life care was managed really well with compassion right up the end.

Dad moved to Princess Christian in February 2024.
From our first visit we were impressed. The building and rooms were spotless and the staff were happy and welcoming. Dad took a while to settle but staff were patient and kind to him and he soon got a routine going.

When we visited we were aware that there were a lot more things Dad could have been involved in had he had been able to, but unfortunately his illness meant this was not the case, shame as everyone taking part seemed to be enjoying it.

My husband was treated with dignity and kindness during his illness. He was well cared for and clean. The care staff dedserves a big thank you for all their work. During the last week before he died and I was allowed to be with him. I witnessed the dedication of the staff and I was also treated with kindness and care. My husband died peacefully in the end.

It was really kind of the home to bring me home afterwards. I also like to extend my thanks to the admin staff and the reseptionist.

The staff/team were excellent in the care they showed and gave my mother. And help and support they gave to me and my sister. Wonderful place! They made the last few weeks of my mum's life special. It was a difficult situation made bearable for my brother and I. Mum was shown love, care and compassion as was my brother and I. Fantastic place, fantastic staff.
