Princess Christian is unique not only in its impeccably high standards of care but the way everyone is cared for with dignity, respect and compassion. The management is inspirational, and the home runs like clockwork. The imagination and enthusiasm of the wellbeing team is amazing. The home is immaculate
and well maintained. The food is incredible, especially for residents on modified diets. I cannot praise the nursing team enough for their high standards and values.

The home provided excellent care and always made dad feel special. He Became very unwell and the staff managed his illness really well, so much care and patience with everyone on the home.
Dad's end of life care was managed really well with compassion right up the end.

Dad moved to Princess Christian in February 2024.
From our first visit we were impressed. The building and rooms were spotless and the staff were happy and welcoming. Dad took a while to settle but staff were patient and kind to him and he soon got a routine going.
When we visited we were aware that
there were a lot more things Dad could have been involved in had he had been able to, but unfortunately his illness meant this was not the case, shame as everyone taking part seemed to be enjoying it.

My husband was treated with dignity and kindness during his illness. He was well cared for and clean. The care staff dedserves a big thank you for all their work. During the last week before he died and I was allowed to be with him. I witnessed the dedication of the staff and I was also treated with
kindness and care. My husband died peacefully in the end.
It was really kind of the home to bring me home afterwards. I also like to extend my thanks to the admin staff and the reseptionist.

The staff/team were excellent in the care they showed and gave my mother. And help and support they gave to me and my sister. From day one until the end they were out standing and can not thank them enough. The whole team/staff on Knaphill wing were brilliant in the 6 weeks mum was there, a big thank

Wonderful place! They made the last few weeks of my mum's life special. It was a difficult situation made bearable for my brother and I. Mum was shown love, care and compassion as was my brother and I. Fantastic place, fantastic staff.

Mum spent 10 months at Princess Christian after being transferred from another care home. The care she received was amazing, a different level in comparison. Members of staff are attentive to individual residents' needs, patterns, and cultures. Mum had advanced Lewy Body Dementia and had challenging
behaviour; the staff were excellent in caring for her needs. I can't praise this home and its management enough.

My mother spent 8 months at Princess Christian Care Centre. She had dementia and was initially an unwilling resident! The care she received was exemplary. The staff are incredibly caring and patient; they remain cheerful and kind at all times. The open door policy is so wonderful for family and we are
made to feel welcome always. After looking for a care home that would accept Mum for over a year, I feel totally blest that she spent her last few months at Princess Christian Care Centre and am truly grateful to the staff who cared for her.

The care my dad received was compassionate, respectful and professional at all times. Nurses kept me informed of Dad's progress, the ups and downs, his change of medication etc., as Alzheimer's slowly took him away from us.

My brother is a resident, moving towards final care. The staff have been excellent, being very attentive and caring. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
Due to drugs and suchlike, he can be a little difficult and demanding at times, but the staff are taking it all in their stride and remain
cheerful and encouraging.
Thoroughly recommend Princess Christian Care Centre if one is unfortunate enough to need such care.

I have verbally recommended your care and staff several times during the period my mother has spent with you. The staff really care and I am absolutely sure they are the reason she lived so long. Special thanks to the chef who made her personalised food when she refused standard offerings and to the
nurses and carers who knew and understood the person in front of them, my mother.

My Mother spent over two years at the care home before she passed away. She was well looked after, the activity team were wonderful and she enjoyed taking part in different tasks.
I take happiness in the fact that she was always positive in her surroundings and always told us the staff are very kind

My mum stayed 12 months in the care of the staff at Princess Christian until her passing in June 2024. The staff were always welcoming in the Pirbright Unit, I felt like one of the family. They kept in contact with me when anything needed to be advised like the doctor's visit and changes in medication.
The food served in the restaurant was always excellent. I was able to eat with Mum antine for £10, a 2-course lunch.

My husband was transferred from the hospital to the home to receive end-of-life care. His treatment was excellent from day one. The staff were caring and lovely whatever time of day. I am so pleased that his death was so peaceful.

When I visited, I found the staff very welcoming and helpful. They are always caring and interacting with the residents who seem very happy. The quality of the food is good. The rooms are kept clean. Overall, in my opinion, the care home is good value for money.
